Top signing that they are starting to ramp things up imo..MintoHumbugs said:Wrexham sign Josh Windass for slightly less than the 10 million that they had set aside for a striker. 10 million less in fact .Their rumoured budget in the papers is ludicrous 😂0 -

Hardie, Windass and O'Brien. All sensible Championship players.0

Wrexham have been slow in this window but they're building a pretty decent side there now. I think they'll be comfortably mid-table.3

I've been impressed with Wrexham's signings over the last couple of years. You can tell they've been made by Parky or a proper Director of Football, as they feel like signings to improve the team, rather than just random big names.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Wrexham have been slow in this window but they're building a pretty decent side there now. Agreed - the biggest question mark for me is Parky, whose arguably never really proved himself in the Championship yet.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Wrexham have been slow in this window but they're building a pretty decent side there now. I think they'll be comfortably mid-table.
I actually rated/rate him more than some other Lifers but I do wonder how he's going to manage all the egos and pressure.0 -
Been at Wrexham 4 years now, so a big part of their success story, and indeed their tv show. I'm sure that will earn him more time if they have a poor spell on the pitch1

Football is a ruthless business. Ranieri won the Premier league with Leicester which is arguably the greatest footballing achievement any of us will see in our lifetime, then the following season he was sacked.killerandflash said:Been at Wrexham 4 years now, so a big part of their success story, and indeed their tv show. 22 years ago Young made his debut for Watford.
Now 40 year old Ashley with 607 league games under his belt mainly at the top level signs for Ipswich in the Championship !
How fit, dedicated and probably lucky to have a body
than can still play at the 2nd tier.
👏🏼I'm well impressed plus 39 England apps and 7 goals.1 -
Impressive that he's managed to convert from a winger to a full back and have that longevity.soapboxsam said:EpsomAddick said:Ipswich sign Ashley Young

Not sure I agree. New manager for this country, lost Sainz, will lose Sargent, lost Gunn. Juries out. New signings may work out but if they don’t, who knows. I’d say 8th to 10th.jakecafc said:
