There is no evidence of that yet. And as I said before,the club and its owner is one thing, the fans quite another.

haha the mafia are moving in. The O's are my 2nd team...for family reasons...and I always follow their results. Obviously hate when they beat us as usual but its ok to have a 2nd London team isn't it?
Orient is local to me , I can walk to their ground in half an hour.Like many others I see them as a second team.Its funny but when I first followed Charlton in the 70's I saw them as a similar club to us .The last 30 years have not been kind to them.
I am surprised that they have been taken over because unlike us they are geographically hemmed in and don't have much of a catchment area . Go to the south you have the River Thames , the West and and you are soon into Arsenal country , to the north Spurs and the east the happy Hammers. Given that Hearn sold off the corners and has created a NHS Ply Clinic in the main stand the capacity of Brisbane Road is only about 9,000 and has no available land to expand .
I think the potential for growth is limited even had they got promoted . I notice that Bazza has kept ownership of the ground . Given the price of land in London , I wouldn't be surprised if the O's move out to a greenfield site somewhere like Harlow at some stage .
I also fear for Russell Slade. In my view he performed a minor miracle in getting Orient within reach of the Championship , but I do not think he is not the sort of managerial name that overseas investors go for . Does this guy own any Italian clubs, this could be another network ?
got a real soft spot for them, mate is a huge orient fan and went to the play off final with him last year. They were so close its terrible to see them doing this badly this season. Hopefully they can get out of it. 1-1 at home to 10 men port vale atm...
