Simon Jordan and Scally have been seen down the Valley. They were going to loot the trophy cabinet but when they broke in they only found the Peoples Trophy.
I've just been into Bromley town centre. There is nothing going on there. The Glades & everything untouched. There are about 20 hoodies loitering, but for all I know that is normal. Lots of police cars & vans around, but they are more likely heading to and fro other areas.
Absolutely surreal to see this happening in parts of London that I know so well, especially Lewisham, Lee and Charlton, never thought I would see this sort of stuff happen in these areas.
One thing is for sure, there will be huge political ramifications over this, Cameron and Johnson have been made to look like the bumbling, incompetent and completely out of touch idiots they really are and there will be a political void to be filled.
The BNP/EDL will be laughing their bollocks off, just as it looked like their stars were waning this comes along and will stoke up all kinds of white working class resentment in the suburbs.
Given that Labour are not an option and neither are the Lib Dems the BNP will look to fill the voide and will likely be matched by the Tories who may look for a "head kicker" a la Tebbitt to shore up their political base.
Most Tories have long suspected Cameron of being weak and gutless and these events are proving it, how the feck can a PM and London Mayor BOTH stay on holiday whilst the capital city is being ransacked? Unforgivable.
Both of them should have been home as soon as the troubles started, especially Cameron, it was obvious to anybody with a brain that this was going to be an extended period of trouble.
