    Can see the smoke from Croydon rising into the sky from our house near Bromley.

    I find the whole thing very depressing

    I hope those close and in all this come out of it with family and friends untouched.

    It also makes my blood boil, I have some strong views on this, but am old enough to realize that times like these don't call for expressing them.

    Very sad.

    There's an irish bloke from Croydon on BBC News, having a glorious rant about the eejits down there. The blaze at the carpet warehouse is HUGE.

    Think Police will advise no football over next couple of days to avoid gatherings of crowds and them being unable to cope. Someone claims that there are shops on fire in Shenfield near Brentwood, which I find particularly hard to believe.

    Twitter seems to be moving these idiots around....Sky saying Clapham Junction done over and no police there as they were called to other trouble spots....Cameron on his way home now......COBRA meeting tomorrow....I will not comment on this.

    If this continues I am sure that normal people will fight back against the vermin and it will get very messy. It is pretty much against the Police and retailers at the minute, but how long before they take a fancy to robbing residential homes - the US Bill of Rights declared peoples 'right to keep and bear arms' may come into force, if you get my drift.... Lets face it the Police won't stop them.

    That's a shame. Though with any luck by the time the useless, ineffective toffee-nosed Eton c*** gets back it will have spread to deepest rural Oxfordshire and he can experience it first-hand.
