    Something needs to happen soon or it's going to become all out war. It's not going to be long before people aren't going to be willing to sit by and wait for their homes and businesses to be attacked, then there'll be open fighting on the street.

    We've had 3 days of rioting now, a state of emergency needs to be declared and a curfew enforced for tonight, anybody on the streets after 10pm get arrested

    Agreed. Decent people of all races and classes should be out there now battering these herberts. More of us than them.

    Will be sick to my stomach if this gets brushed over by politicians.  Will do though until they start rioting in Hampstead and Westminster.

    On bbc news channel now they are showing people setting fire to something in South London a couple of miles near Lewisham but aint lewisham or peckham and they dont know where it is a pics from a helicopter.

    Don't agree, it's part of the issue here with a minority of people from a particular race making up a significant proportion of the rioters, how can it be ignored.  Will you see it kicking off in Wembley and Hounslow tonight?  Don't think so.

    Just seen  the police baracade/cordon off,  the pound shop in Lewis Grove, and cars ablaze outside Salvation army centre?......  What is all that about?

    What next burn down a kids home, or an old people's day centre!...... Hard to have much sympathy with  random violence like this....... 

    Whatever the logic of these outbursts, the focus of there actions seem well of target?

    Helicoptors have left Lewisham, I think the police have sorted out the trouble. Luckily we have the largest police station in Europe, sadly other places aren't as lucky.
