A few decades ago cockney rhyming slang was developed to allow people to correspond with each other in a langauge that they could immediately understand but others would find unfathomable, also polari and other dialects. This is pretty much the same.
What's the problem BFR? The private sector should pick up the slack, if not bring in the volunteers - this is more important than running libraries. Looks like Goonerhater is forming his own private army, so that's a start.
What I cant understand as I watch Sky is the Police tactics. A line of OB are advancing in line abreast. A couple of scrotes are standing right in front of them taunting them. Utterly unacceptable.
Riot policing in NI (and why not bring a few of those experts over to help) e had snatch squads for the ring leaders. Why is this not happening?
Same thing last night. Blokes individually lobbing missiles at, and 10 metres away from, line of cops, no rushing out in bricks of four officers to snatch the scum.
Can everyone please stop blaming the old bill? There is NOTHING they can do about it - and the pricks know that full well. The first lot of them that baton charge the f***ers and start dishing out pastings will get crucified, and the situation will get worse. You could put ten or ten thousand gavvers there and it still wouldn't make any difference. There is nothing anyone can do about it except let it blow over.

About time we looked at the way criminals are treated in the US. If what happened in Tottenham on Saturday had happened in any American city it would have been done and dusted in a couple of hours and those responsible already banged up.
Thank God my grandchildren are being brought up in the (relative) safety of West Malling.
The police are quite clearly scared of setting everything off more than it already is.
This was all started because a gun carrying drug dealer was shot, imagine the outcry when some poor innocent soon to be premiership football player gets battered by the racist police.
The gang culture within certain communities should have been stamped out years ago; this is the result of not doing so.
