    NotLucasLeiva21 Insua just tried to hold Jonjo's hand. I heard Shelvey say 'not at work' angrily. A tearful Insua just ran away into the showers. Bizzare.

    It was 15 games, as I said I thought it might've been. I'll ignore the insulting way you put that thought across and just point you towards the 'Shelvey to sign for Liverpool' thread. Towards the bottom of Page 15. It goes something like this:

    Uncle: thought i had already stated this quite clearly yet it seems i have to keep on repeating myself.

    Covered End: Well as long as you have personally seen the contract Jonjo signed and it guarantees him making 15 first team appearances next season, then I'll take your word. Does seem very hard to believe, but if you've personally seen the contract, so be it.

    Uncle: Would you like me to get a copy of it for you?

    You do realise that uncle is Jonjo's uncle, right?

    If you want to call him a liar, that's your prerogative. I wouldn't recommend it, mind.

    Jonjo is on the bench tonight for Liverpool.

    Might get a game as well - they went 1-0 down in the first five minutes.

    I thought he was destined for stardom but last season gave me a few doubts. We all know he will be a good player but will he be an international -top 4 player - I think the jury's out. if you asked me taht the season before last I would have been a lot more certain. He has age on his side and undoubtably has talent so good luck to him.

    NLA wrote about 6 hours ago that Jonjo is on the bench but is definitely coming on that should have cleared a few questions up.

    I'd have him any day over Spearing. Spearings a good player but limited passing compared to Jonjo. Maybe its because hes a Scouser.....
