We couldn't get near Boro physically or technically in the first half. Hackney and McGree looked untouchable.
Thought Fullah led the charge in changing that for the second half. He's always been technically gifted but he now looks bulkier too. Couple of times on the stream I did a double take thinking he was Tanto...
Got to remember not to put too much on his shoulders but it's time he got more minutes somewhere in the side.18 -
This lad is class. Unlucky not to score today.2

Would like to see him start at Birmingham given that performance
He's a surprisingly strong lad, and playing him with Campbell on the pitch, means that they cant focus all their energy on double marking one of our pacey players, and feel confident knowing that our attacking threat has been nullified.
However he equally looked a bit out of his depth at Wrexham which makes me cautious, and on showing today, and against West Brom looks better as an impact sub, rather than as someone who should be starting matches yet.5 -

This lad is class, but young. Today he did wonders for our shape and threat. I'd be looking to get him starting soon, he did 45 today and looked absolutely fine against second in the table.5 -
Him and Anderson bought speed, tenacity and crunch that was missing from our midfield in the first half.8

Thought he looked class at some points and pony on others but he’s young so that’s understandable - the moments of quality are worth it thought, as no one else has anything to offer. I’d start him at Birmingham.3
-
He's raw, but you can see his quality. In a team lacking much quality on the ball, he definitely adds something to our play.8
-
Playing him with Karoy helps too because it mean there’s some energy to get the ball back so the errors are less crucial. Should help with his confidenceCAFC_boi said:Thought he looked class at some points and pony on others but he’s young so that’s understandable - the moments of quality are worth it thought, as no one else has anything to offer. Boro clearly identified him as a threat as they managed to mark him out of the game for the last 15-20 mins. Looked absolutely mustard though, has the natural ability to make the right decisions on when to run with the ball, when to pass etc. that chance he had if he would’ve put it away would’ve been unreal - completely self made chance.3
-
yeah that was a great save from their keeper0

He's a natural. The way he created that chance for himself, and make it look so easy, was unreal.
It at least gives us some hope for the future (if we don't sell him before Xmas)3 -

He can't be 18!! - He just looks so confident and relaxed sitting there... You love to see it in a playerfenaddick said:4 -
The lad is destined for a great career! I will be gutted if NJ has him back on the bench tomorrow2

You could say he's fullah himself.ForeverAddickted said:

Any news on why he wasn’t even on the bench today?0
-
No but he was in the match day squad, he was in the club’s clip of the players arriving.1

Someone also suggested that they saw him as part of the warm up pre-gameSo probably just didn't make the 20-man squad this week, same with LaqeretabuaLooking at the subs bench from last week, it seems Jones opted for Gough as defensive cover instead of Josh (wise if Ramsay had got a knock in training), and Kelman / Apter replaced Fullah in the 20-man team. The one who is a waste of space on the bench remains; Roussillon3

Most exciting prospect since Aribo and Lookman. Could arguably be much better than the former.
Definition of playing without fear. Love seeing our youngsters come through like TC and Karoy who has really stepped up this season in recent solid performances.2 -
All things considered it was probably good to take him out of the spot light a little. He’s still incredibly young and has very limited first team experience. He played very well last week but he needs to be eased in and our expectations managed5

Fullah wasn’t being dropped, I would say he is being ‘managed’.
No problem with that in my opinion.
We won.3 -
Well I am concerned. He was named as a sub at 1.45, then he was omitted a few minutes later.
That suggests to me he was either unwell or injured. I was disappointed he didn't start yesterday. The kid has the lot, except match day experience. He's going right to the very top imo.0 -
There was a mistake from the media team. At 1:45 they published two versions of team news, one with Fullah and one withoutbolloxbolder said:Well I am concerned. He was named as a sub at 1.45, then he was omitted a few minutes later.

I agree on him as a player, but I think it’s more likely just an error that was quickly corrected.bolloxbolder said:Well I am concerned. He was named as a sub at 1.45, then he was omitted a few minutes later.
