I kind of hate West ham.
Partially hate how loads of famous people support them like it's a fashion trend.
West ham fans are usually incredibly ungrateful and miserable.
I hope they have a terrible season and we see them at a sellout valley in 20263 -
I think they also seriously miss Luis Diaz, he's a very underrated player and i'm surprised they weren't fussed about him leaving. Gakpo gets goals from that side but he can't beat a man or create things like Diaz did.johnnybev1987 said:
not quite the same opinion, but its crazy seeing Bradley start, which is fine.. but then when they take him off they put Szoboszlai, i know Frimpong didn't impress early, like Kerkez but surely given a run of games he will do, they don't become bad players over night.Chris_from_Sidcup said:I'd probably have been sectioned for saying this a few months ago, but i actually feel like Liverpool need to drop Salah. He has been terrible this season.
I think Slot should consider giving Frimpong a try there, as he plays RW for Holland and definitely can't do any worse than Salah has been doing.
The problem for Salah is now he is playing with other players who all want to score, play that killer ball. In the past they have set up so everyone kind of gets him the chances, now they have a different style and he hasn't adapted to it, no has anyone much lol
It's great to see! come on Arsenal1 -
I m o good to see Liverpool struggling, they have well overspent on Isak and Wirtz, Slot is now on his own, he no longer has the sinecure that he had in taking over Klopp's players
Arsenal may at last win the title
Bournemouth !! .. just remarkable
Chelsea and Brighton still churning out a neve ending stream of super young players
Wolves, West Ham in trouble
Probably good bye to 'Ange' , Australian football's answer to R U's Eddie Jones
3 separate 'divisions' in the Prem .. top 5 or 6, middling 7 or 8 struggling 5 or 6 at the bottom .. can't see that changing for a long time, BUT aforementioned Bournemouth give hope to all the 'minnows' .. BUT, how long can it last ?2 -

You thought they would struggle losing the goalie and three of the back four from last year but they seem to have got better, long may it continue.Lincsaddick said:I m o good to see Liverpool struggling, they have well overspent on Isak and Wirtz, Slot is now on his own, he no longer has the sinecure that he had in taking over Klopp's players

I’ll buy him a lifetime spurs season ticket if he can keep that record upJohnBoyUK said:Meanwhile, I took the nephew to watch Spurs yesterday.
His record is now P4 W0 D0 L4. Poor little fella.
For all the moaning about Ange last two seasons, we now seem to have next to no threat going forward. We seem to be relying on just a long throw now.
Not sure what Frank does about it tbh.
Tel and Odobert look massively out of their depth at PL level. Tel's confidence looks like it is shot to pieces.
Won only 3 out of the last 18 at home now, just not good enough.6 -
West Ham looking woeful once again1

That midfield is worse than ours. I say worse, ours is better.2

Maybe time to give Kitson and Hartson a call?philcafc said:Nuno has a hell of a job keeping them up based on that.0 -
Wow, I’d fancy our chances against West Ham.
It couldnt happen to a nicer board.
just feel for their fans who follow them thru thick n Thin and always think of them as on our level.1 -
Coventry would absolutely walk into their first XI right now, they are a shambles0

Hopefully we draw west ham in the fa cup 3rd round at London Road.
An away day that also only takes 10-15 minutes to travel to.0 -

Love it when Chelsea get beat. And I’ve got a lot of time for the Mackems too, so well pleased with that.5

Caught an interview with a couple of their players on final score. Interviewer said your up to 2nd! One of them was like really wow! The other just stared and then said long way to go but we want to do better.lordromford said:Love it when Chelsea get beat. Liverpool have now gone behind in six consecutive matches.0

Brentford are mustard!0

Liverpool are BAD0

Liverpool look a way worse team than last season. All that money spent in the summer, yet the player they really needed in Guehi was the one they failed to bring in.4

Damsgaard with one of the passes of this (and any other) season for the second.
The penalty. It was a foul but cant remember a softer penalty than that ina very long time.
I've been thoroughly entertained by Brentfords last two games.1 -
Liverpool last had a 4+ game losing streak within their first nine games of a league season in 1993-94.
They also haven't lost five in a row in London since 1970.

Man U now above Liverpool and Chelsea. Not something we would have imagined a month ago.1

What does Gomez have to do to get a game?0
-
I agree that he should have been given a chance this season before now but I've also been through his motivations on the Gomez thread. He is happy doing what he's doing. His family are settled. He's won countless medals. He's earning a very good living. He's loved by the Liverpool fans for being Mr Reliable when asked to step in. He's also been looked after really well by Liverpool so far as new contracts are concerned despite his history of injury. Yes he is not getting the game time that we think he should have but there is absolutely no guarantee whatsoever that he would be a fixture in any other top PL side or that he would be in the England team.sam3110 said:
Leave Liverpool about 3 or 4 seasons ago!Macronate said:What does Gomez have to do to get a game?
We can argue 'til the cows come home that he should show more ambition but, until we tread in his shoes, we cannot possibly understand what makes him happy although reading some extensive interviews with him it is clear that he isn't going to be banging on the door to leave. That day will come eventually and that might be in January if Liverpool sign Guehi but it isn't him that has been the driver to do so to date.3
