Three really good chances for us and two for Ipswich, all of which should have been finished. Ipswich are not that great at the back but we must stay tight and limit them, a little more care with the pass for us and a few more chances will come. One worry, Docherty's yellow card, might see an earlier than expected substitution there.2

Lord how on earth have we got to half time 0-0? Being outclassed all over the pitch although credit to the defence for not caving in.
Against that, we've had 2 glorious chances and could be 2 up. Funny game football!
Not sure what Jones can do to get us more in the game but somehow suspect it won't be too long before we see Campbell.

Sky have an incredible talent for fucking up football coverage.
Endless cutaways all game, then the half time summary only showed Ipswich chances. wtf? I swear Tanto was in on goal and I’m also sure Macca put one over when it was easier to score. Maybe I imagined that?1 -

If this is the future of football I'm glad I was able to watch football in the 70's & 80's.
Just get the keeper to hoof the ball downfield & let the strikers battle the centre halves for the ball. Win the ball & play it out to the winger, who takes on his man & delivers & lovely cross into the box for the No9 to score with a diving header.
Instead we get nanby panby pass pass pass between the defenders. No outlet because all our 11 players are behind the ball.

That stat about "successful crosses" is an interesting one - we've had 4/5 whereas Ipswich have had 5/140

Haven't read the whole thread so expect it's been mentioned but another great opportunity was when Bell ran forward and tried to slip the ball through to Kelman. He did great with the run but probably should've done better with the pass. Would've been interesting to see how Kelman dealt with it.2
