Here we go. Charlton life melt down incoming because we lost an away game against an in form team
I dont think there has been much of a meltdown compared to what you can see on here, apart from a few "game over" comments when it went 1-0

4 games unbeaten with a home and away win thrown in there. Was always going to be a hard game. We move on.

    100%
Maybe have a think about where we’ve come in the last 10 months before commenting on this folks
People need to remember survival is the property. That literally means we’re going to lose a lot of games.

Chalk this one up to experience and move on

    Brownie says it was onside

    So was offside then!

Look really tired. Still think we all would have taken 12th place this stage of the season.

Those fans of ours up there are absolute stars, 2 long northern games in 4 days,if they did both mustve cost somewhere in the region of £2-£300. The league dont treat the fans, the lifeblood of clubs, very well at all do they.

    Looked off the pace today
  • A game too far today. 2 away trips in a week and we're looking very leggy for it
This. For a team that has had fitness as their weapon, the last few games we've looked leggy.

See how much we lose when we take TC off
Go on likes hes the messiah. He hasn't scored or assisted. Thought I'm not blaming him as it’s a team game but he shouldn't be made out as this knight in shining armour.
Preston have controlled the game comfortably since he went off. We have limited threat without him.
So what has he done to make him this amazing game changer?

Before I get grief, I rate him but he can run a channel or beat a player all he likes but there is little to no end product.
The reason he looks ineffective or has no end product is because every opposition sticks multiple defenders on him.

It’s also the reason that space occasionally opens up for others to score or assst because they’re so busy defending Campbell.

When he’s not there, there’s far less space for everyone else on our team to play. This game is a case in point of that.

Heroes. Our support is so healthy right now. It’s great to see the commitment

Poor all round tbh. Goals were poorly defended and I don't think we've even mustered a shot om target. Rest up over the international break and get a result against Sheff Weds

FT Oh well, 2-0, beaten  by an OG and an offside goal with no help from homer officials...
We have a break now till Wendies come calling, time to re-charge our batteries and go again...
respect to the travelling Addicks, safe journey home one and all...

    Exactly, tough game.

Wednesday at home next,, that's the one we should be winning.
  • Tired legs at another northern away game. We move on.

TC MOTM because of his Aura.

Kelman MOTM for us because of his performance.

Poor subs made us disjointed but we were poor all game really.

Oh well. Doesn’t sound like we were at our best, it happens. Rest up, move on, beat Chef Wendy.
