I think he started off in the difficult position of being the more attack-minded player in our midfield 3 and suffered a loss of confidence as a result. His job was to try and get Ramsay forward with neat interplay, which isn't his strength, and then arrive in the box to get on the end of chances. He got dropped and then brought back in playing a less attacking role but he's best at breaking up play and hounding opposition players, his confidence on the ball never really came back and he struggled when we were supposed to be controlling games. Now we're playing better teams and everything is a fight he's in his element and he's looking strong on the ball finally. This league suits him the way we playTalal said:
