The forgotten man in all this is a certain young Romanian lawyer called Marian Mihail, who was the brains behind the Sandgaard clever buyout from the ESI crooks of the asset of the football club, rather than the whole company, which circumvented the injunction imposed (badly written) by a certain C Farnell.
Mihail is a decent man, CAST member at the time, who appreciated what a football club means to the likes of us.
