    What a bunch of reprobates.

By coincidence, Dave Lockwood has promised us some CDs too

  • But is the Proud to be an Addick one of the limited editions? 🥸
  • Don't know but we'll happily accept both
  • We found this poster tucked inside #cafc scrapbooks recently donated by Steve Sutherland.

Is that Rodney Stone, Charlton General Manager, writing on the back of the poster?

I notice that Bournemouth are listed as ‘Bournemouth and Bos’. Fans of a certain vintage may recall that AFC Bournemouth were once ‘Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic’. I remember a match with them when their fans chanted ‘Boscombe’ rather than ‘Bournemouth’. Can’t imagine Brighton fans cheering ‘Hove’ somehow.

  • More 8" x 6" press photos from pre-season 1952 donated by 87 year old fan Polly Huggins.

You can still see the holes where drawing pins were used to pin them up.
