I saw a lot of things Jones got wrong today but I know from last season that it is what it is and he just needs to sort it out his own way. Which he probably will.

I hope Jones isn't going to blame the ref for that
Their man should have been sent off, and we should have had a penalty to be fair... All this bullshit about Campbell needing to go down

YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO F**KING DIVE!!!!
  • Seen plenty of the ball again, and once again walk away with nothing. Annoying, especially considering this was another bloody 1230 kick off, meaning a 7am alarm clock for me here in bloody Canada.

At this rate, we need to pull Jamie Vardy out of semi-retirement to snag us some goals. He's a free agent after all.

We were never going to be challenging for promotion this season, mid-table would be an amazing achievement.

I was expecting a bottom-third season and this last couple of league matches shows what we're likely to be seeing over the next eight months.

If we can't be good we need to be lucky ... and that don't happen too often.

We are so much missing Godden it's crystal clear, but to be relying on one man is not the way to progress in this league...

Harvey Knibbs is lucky he scored that goal against Watford or I'd be seriously starting to wonder if he actually exists

Can’t wait for two weeks of people saying how shit TC is now
Can there not be nuance when you recognise he's a good player but not had a couple of strong performances, despite an assist
Of course but this place doesn’t do nuance too well!

Not good, not good at all. So many players off it and we made Saito look like Maradona at times. Horrendous.

#cafc boss Nathan Jones clearly not happy at full-time.

Marches straight on to the pitch to talk to referee Andrew Kitchen.
About what though, he was letting things slide all game, for both sides, and we didn't adapt to it

Desperately need either godden back or another striker of worth
We had two on the bench today who haven’t been given a proper chance yet.

You do. You stop and bounce off the player. Thats what top players do.

3-1 totally underserved QPR …… but terrible error by Campbell when we looked like the team that was going to win
Campbell was tackled by 2 players on the half way line. Another then ran through our entire defence and fluked a deflected goal. But don't let facts stand in the way of your prejudice against TC.

    Scoreline flatters QPR massively.

No one would’ve complained if we had won this 2-1 by the way.

But we didn't.  Results are what count unfortunately.
Correct and yes it flattered them massively but they took their chances, we didn’t, the defence was off the boil, Ramsay especially.

Without the updates especially you @aliwibble I would be completely lost as my video stream kept cutting out. Thanks as always for the match day thread updates.

But we didn’t win 2-1, we lost 3-1… So we surely have a right to complain that we just can’t seem to score when we’re dominating and our shape went to shit
Oh did we? Didn’t notice that…….. thanks for letting me know

The defense aren't going to be great every game unfortunately.

The attack hasn't been great at all this season.

    That's the difference.

Big problem in front of goal. None of the strikers used so far look like the answer.
    Coming on to day this.

    Finishing.

Would we have scored their 2nd  ?  He danced round 3 or 4 of our players, close control & then a shot on target.

Something that TC just doesn't have in his locker.

People using the word naive are right. That was always going to be the case when most of our squad haven’t played Championship football. It was always going to be a learning curve

Yes because the Officials have gotten too naive to notice a foul, without a player hitting the ground - The defender (I swear it was Mbuege as well) virtually being carried by Campbell

Poor result. We need to be more clinical and work on that final ball. An off day in the defence as well. We have a bottom half championship squad and I’ll still be happy with 21st

I can see the post-match interview now. Blame the ref but ignore the clear issues we have had all 4 games this season so far.
You’d rather him mug the players off to the press?

To be fair to him he's hardly played

TC needs to be dropped. He's not good enough and we need loans in
I just can’t understand this. Pretty much all our attacking threat comes from TC’s pace and pulling defenders out of position. It’s the blokes  in the middle - Leaburn and Kelman mainly - that aren’t looking like putting the ball in the net.

Game that could have been won if we’d have been patient and kept our shape but as soon as we took Carey and Apter off we went to shit and why the fuck was Campbell still on the pitch ?
N Jones is as much to blame for that loss as any player in my opinion.
