Still need another CM imo. I’d be worried if Coventry got a long term injury.19
-
If Kelman gets 10 goals next season then that will have been a major success.19
-
The lack of updates on Berry & Ramsey is genuinely making me anxious ha, I’d be gutted if either go0

I don’t know if this Japanese Charlton fan has contacts or not but thought worth posting26 -

A right wing back isn't going to completely define our season, especially when we have players already that can play there (Ramsay/JRC) and do a job.
800k is a dent in the transfer kitty and I would rather that go towards someone like Knibbs who really could be the difference.
When can we agree a contract in principal with him does anyone know?1 -

If Charlie Kelman does put pen to paper and join Charlton, I genuinely think it could turn out to be a very shrewd piece of business. While it may take him 10–12 games to fully adapt to how Nathan Jones sets up his team, Kelman has all the tools to become a valuable attacking option. Some of the doubt among fans seems to stem from the games he played against us, where admittedly he didn’t stand out. But context is everything. Last season, Lloyd Jones was an absolute rock at the back — arguably in the form of his life — and with Ramsey and Macca even proven forwards struggled.3

If we do land him on a free though and can manage until then, it would be sensible business.
Exciting times.1 -

To repeat his words the US owners met the whole squad at Sparrows Lane on the Thursday prior to the final and committed to them that if they get promoted they would invest to ensure that we were competitive in the Championship. He said they confirmed that they would unlikely be spending fees at the same level as Birmingham or Wrexham but would be investing to help us try to maintain Champ/continue to grow.None of this spending is a surprise to me as a result as player X had no reason to lie about it. If we spent £8-10m on a player then I would have been shocked but not these levels. I personally expected around £8m fees and a massive hike in wages, so over the moon so far and if Knibbs comes in too (for a fee) just wow…!
Big thanks to the owners for the backing!

Kerman is the new sniffer puppy. My gut feeling is he will have the same impact as Clive Mendonca. He’s a natural finisher and that’s what we’ve been missing since BWP1

I feel a tad sad that the new kids bought in by Afka are going to replace the likes of Blackpool, Doucher, Dubai etc and Ronnie Moore has been given a free and going to Plymouth.
Seth Plum is in talks with Orient as long as there's a political thread.
I understand we needed rumours with legs as the quality had been poor for quite a while and CL was turning into a pub league forum with many posters under the influence and struggling to string sentences together.
Now AFKA and the board have put the money in we are attracting genuine ITK's who earwig with the 'movers and shakers'.
More culling needed as we have too many negative thinkers but 25/26 season should be an improvement and pleased Forever Addicted got a new 1 year deal of chocolate profiteroles which will make him sweet FA 😃

Good to see you're ranking Costello highly.6 -
Joe Bennett could be a nice pick up. Looks pretty tidy on the ball.13
