What's with all the orient Chunter?

They are/ should be dead to us.
We're done with that lot aren't we?
Some fans, including me, are a bit gutted we didn’t get Galbraith. Danny Addick said:

Getting Galbraith was always going to be very difficult as he had his heart set on going to Swansea since the O’s turned down a bid for him in the January transfer window. Shame a very good player who will do well at Swansea.

Last Sunday was definitely more interesting than this one, when do we think the next signing will be, I’m gonna go with Burke on Tuesday.

Think we'll find out with Burke if he doesn't go to Slovenia with Luton this week

Charlton related…has to be that half time in the FA Cup at Old Trafford when we all bounced up and down to Things Can Only Get Feta!

We've been looking at non league teams in the west of England. I'm expecting a Double Gloucester signing.

It's not that strange. He obviously didn't settle in France and i think he got injured as well. But if Birmingham had signed him for 10m from Celtic everyone would be saying it's a great signing. I think he'll do really well there.

Pretty sure we are looking at a Lincolnshire Poacher. Expect an announcement imminently

I have been guilty of going off on a tangent but can we move on from Orient and try to find players that could be a possible Charlton target however tenuous 👍🏼

    Interesting 🤔
If it's not the poacher that got six months for stealing the farmer's chickens is it James Collins, Ben in da House, Jovon Makama or Henry's Boy, Reeco Hackett-Fairchild returning to his roots ?

I like a house analogy but Ben only scored 6 in 41 apps so unless he has a great number of assists !

Jovon Makama is only 21 and sound similar to TC and came from non league after Derby Academy.

James Collins is now 34 and League 1 may be his level now after an impressive 600+ games and 202 goals.

Reeco Hackett is now 27 more than a Fairchild and League 1 is his level on a good day.

Former Luton Town forward James Collins I guess. 34 but maybe a rotational option with Godden.

I don't think people are criticising Birmingham, it's more the surprise that someone who was looking really good at Celtic and playing well in the Champions League, would end up 6 months later in the Championship.

I’d rather Donley, he’s the one everyone was raving about

We need to get away from Luton and go for a smorgasbord of different clubs to find some players.
I was impressed while watching the MLS with Jack Monterey who plays for the San Jose Earthquakes.
Only young and not mature but could harden up with time.

MLS isn't a bad place to look being serious. Although the fees are starting to climb judging by what Derby are paying for Patrick Agyemang. There's some fun attacking players out there but probably all out of our budget.

I do think that being in the Championship will mean we need a more defensive RWB and KR fits that role. I’m confident not a lot of wingers will be able to get the better of him. We need a RWB who can deal with the likes of Mavididi, Osayi-Samuel etc. It’s a key position and I think Jones knows he can trust KR there, hence the Burke link.

It sounds as if Jones is getting the band back together

If Burke does mean Ramsay loves to RWB then we REALLY need some creativity in the middle. Not saying Ramsay isn’t good going forward but he isn’t quite as terrifying for defenders as Small

Wonder how much of Dr Abbott’s opinion goes into scouting players like Burke. He worked wonders last year so hopefully he can keep him fit

Remember seeing someone on twitter saying RB is Prem standard so would be a welcome addition for me
