So you bought 22 and I can’t even get 1……I wonder why that is? 😠se9addick said:
Yep, my group bought 22 x Level 2 tickets for £59. No three course meal thrown in, but still feels like very good value!OhMyGodden said:
You could buy them on Saturday via the booking site, but now it's all sold out. They are normal seats but priced at £59 and include nothing. There's a normal concourse on level 2 as not all of it is hospitality.SoundAsa£ said:Seems to have been some confusion regarding Wembley Level 2 tickets.
A couple of posters saying they have bought them through the club……have we sold our allocation already, also I never saw them being offered.
What is also confusing is that there are two options for level 2, one is seat only and the other is a hospitality deal for seat plus a 3 course meal with wine and drinks (which runs out at approximately £359), with access to some other bars as well.
So, I am left wondering how a couple of posters on here said they had bought some Level 2 tickets through the club…..where did they find them and how many have we sold, more to the point, are there any still available and if so, to whom do I make contact?0 -
So on the subject of a child using a young adult ticket, can anyone foresee a problem for us? My 8 year old has her heart set on taking me to Wembley on Sunday as a gift for my birthday (today).
We have an adult and a young adult ticket on hold from a very helpful lifer, but have concerns they'll reject us at the gate.
Anyone have experience of how strict they are at Wembley for this?1 -
Unless you are paying less than you are supposed to I really don’t think they will care. So should be fineDazzler21 said:So on the subject of a child using a young adult ticket, can anyone foresee a problem for us? Too late now, but I had this same issue when trying to buy our season ticket seats for the home SF game. Only way I sorted it was by emailing the club and they did it in a couple of hours.matt88 said:Have been trying to link to a family members account who is a S/T holder who isn't buying. I'm eligible this afternoon, but when I try to link us customer to customer it comes up with an error message saying this person is already part of another group of people.
Anyone know a workaround aside from ringing the ticket office?
Hopefully you got the tickets you needed but worth emailing them and getting it sorted so you don't have the same issue next year. If these sold quickly imagine the speed the Championship play off final tickets will sell next season. 😉1 -

If you only need one ticket then I’m pretty sure you will pick one up on the spares thread.SoundAsa£ said:

I need to ask what for many will be a silly question!aliwibble said:Courtesy of @RedRedRoosta : instructions for adding your ticket to your google walletRedRedRoosta said:Anyone needing to add them to Google wallet do this:

What does the Google wallet do? I feel like I'm missing out on a much easier way to carry tickets, and I should be doing it for convenince. I'm guessing it transmits the QR code electronically, so I just have to touch in, and don't have to line up the turnstile scanner with the PDF QR code on my the phone screen, or the QR code on a piece of paper.
Am I guessing right?0 -
That's right. The process translates the information in the pdf to the level that is required for scanning your ticket. If you think of a mobile boarding pass, it's effectively the same but for a different event type.Er_Be_Ab_Pl_Wo_Wo_Ch said:

I have bought x2 tickets received via email but hoping to get another 2 for family - from my 4.I am not getting restricted sale on the Charlton ticketing page and not able to access the stadium plan. Is my account locked Charlton end or do I have ticket requests stuck on the Wembley plan that will release in 45 mins ?I have restarted laptop, cleared cache, resigned in etc but getting the same result....restricted sale0

Does it work OK with Apple Wallet?0

This has probably been covered here somewhere but I'm not happy with the printed out ticket I have (printer on its last legs!) but it says on the ticket that presenting your ticket on the phone is also acceptable.
Apologies in advance for the dopey questions but here they are...........
1) Is it easy to gain entry in this method (I have visions of my ticket not reading and a massive queue getting royally pissed off behind me)
2) Is anyone here using their phone ticket to gain entry rather than printing it out?
3) In the event of the above happening is there someone on hand to rectify the issue. (I long for the days of turnstile operators and actual tickets!!)
4)or- is there a high street establishment that would be able to print a quality copy of the ticket (for a fee)
Thanks in advance0 -
You'll be fine on your phone - plenty do it. Enlarge the QR code a bit and maximise screen brightness. There will be turnstile attendants milling aboutBod said:This has probably been covered here somewhere but I'm not happy with the printed out ticket I have (printer on its last legs!) but it says on the ticket that presenting your ticket on the phone is also acceptable.

Save yourself a faff and zoom/screen grab the barcode before hand, that's all I do at charlton. Saves fannying around on the gate when it's packed

Only just received email from my cousin with our tickets. Too late to print. Have just taken photos of the QR codes. Hopefully no issues1

Have you got a Max Spielmann shop nearby? - You can print there for a small feeMrOneLung said:Only just received email from my cousin with our tickets. Too late to print. Have just taken photos of the QR codes. Hopefully no issues0 -
Can you not access the emails on your phone and save/screenshot the tickets to your device?MrOneLung said:Only just received email from my cousin with our tickets. Too late to print. Have just taken photos of the QR codes. Hopefully no issues0 -

From the spares thread:Curb_It said:Can anyone advise my pal on this one please.
Her message: Firstly, I didn't receive an email with my ticketsThen when I go to my tickets on the Charlton page it's saying I've distributed them to someone and I need to recall themI've tried to recall them and it's not letting me click on the boxes to highlight the tickets or forward them on to anyone elseI've tried on the App, I've tried on a different web server, nothing.0 -
Oh great.. thanks Ali.0

@Curb_It
Not a cafc website ticket expert but i suggest trying the following;
1. checking the email address registered under the friend's profile in the site to make sure it would have been sent to where expected;
2. then any linked accounts (family and friends in the friend's account and check with them if they received either of these two tickets.
3. Ask @Airman Brown , or @RonnieMoorefor help as both might have a contact in the ticket office who is able to help.
4. Lastly i had a play with my ticket on the booking site and found i could select the ticket here and click 'distribute', 'recall' or 'forward ticket' as shown below. When i click distribute it says "You can distribute your tickets to other people by selecting “Distribute” and entering the recipient’s name, email address, and type of document to send them. Distribution is available to all your tickets (that is, all tickets OWNED by you or any of your family members). This includes tickets currently held by others per your request. To re-send a ticket to its current holder select “Reissue”.
So that last sentence makes me think there's a re-issue option, however i can't click to distribute, nor actually to re-call, nor to forward in those options either. I linked my nephew's fan ID prior to this so would have hoped that was an option (maybe if i had him linked at the time pf purchase these functions would have been available). The upshot is I can't see a 're-issue' option; so i actually think maybe this is not a functional area of the site (at least not for us punters) so a red herring;
So, in summary suggest stick with suggestions 1 and 2, and 3 above, unless someone else can add or clarify.1 -
Thank you. I’ve sent this all over to her.1
