If I'm trying to purchase 8 tickets on Tuesday and I link my account with someone, do I choose friends and family or do I go customer to customer?0

They will have to be qualified to purchase at that point. VG members can already buy tooSoundAsa£ said:0 -
Fen……we need 12 tickets in total……what I am asking is that we only have one VG member in the group at the moment.fenaddick said:

As he can’t buy a further 8, using the method you suggested on the same transaction, do the other two potential purchasers have to also be VG members?0 -
At this stage you would need 2 other VG members yes but it’s too late to become one now. You will probably have to wait until either tomorrow if the other 2 have 150+ points or Tuesday if they’re on the database. Hope that makes senseSoundAsa£ said:

Yet I bought 12 and allocated 4 to myself, 4 to mate A & 4 to mate B.aliwibble said:
There's been some confusion over this. I'm told by those who have it's Customer to Customer.MrBurns said:If I'm trying to purchase 8 tickets on Tuesday and I link my account with someone, do I choose friends and family or do I go customer to customer?
We are all S/T holders and were linked as family & friends.1 -

Does anyone know when the actual tickets will be sent out? Although I think I have my tickets, and I can see them in my account, I still have a doubt. I did go through some cancellation process after purchase, but hopefully that is ignored. Just want the email with actual tickets to be reassured.0

The limit is four per person whether you have a season ticket or VG or bothclive said:

Presumably in a couple of days . Nobody has got the actual tickets yet as far as I’m aware .Northern_Monkey said:Does anyone know when the actual tickets will be sent out? So just to be clear, I'm in Phase 4, and needing to buy 6 tickets. So I have linked my brothers account who would qualify for Phase 5. Once I can purchase tickets at 2pm today, would I be able to buy 6 and allocate 2 to my brother or not as he does not qualify yet? Does this mean in order to guarantee 6 seats together I should wait until 2pm on Tuesday?0

No. Both people need to be eligible for that phaseAddicktion said:So just to be clear, I'm in Phase 4, and needing to buy 6 tickets. Gotcha, thank you very much both @fenaddick & @Gravesend_Addick2

Have been trying to link to a family members account who is a S/T holder who isn't buying. I'm eligible this afternoon, but when I try to link us customer to customer it comes up with an error message saying this person is already part of another group of people.
Anyone know a workaround aside from ringing the ticket office?0 -

Seems pretty clear that the site needs a total upgrade during the summer. It has too many flaws.8

Anyone got the actual tickets yet. Just got the confirmation on Saturday0

The club managed to change the VG link to the wrong account. Exchange of emails got it corrected and I bought a ticket this morning.TellyTubby said:Some help(reassurance) required too please.
As a VG member, I can't find it on my account. I have found all my tickets purchased since this system was introduced, my links etc. I've tried 'memberships' but there's nothing listed.
I got it linked to my account previously by the ticket office staff when trying to buy tickets for Wycombe away, but I can't recall seeing any record of it.
Anyone on here able to view their VG membership on their account?
I really don't want to find out I've got a problem at 2pm tomorrow.
You can't VG on your account but if the link is there and you go to the buy tickets section the button showing restricted sale will have changed to say that you can purchase tickets and get access to the stadium diagram to choose tickets.2 -
Seems to have been some confusion regarding Wembley Level 2 tickets.
A couple of posters saying they have bought them through the club……have we sold our allocation already, also I never saw them being offered.
What is also confusing is that there are two options for level 2, one is seat only and the other is a hospitality deal for seat plus a 3 course meal with wine and drinks (which runs out at approximately £359), with access to some other bars as well.
So, I am left wondering how a couple of posters on here said they had bought some Level 2 tickets through the club…..where did they find them and how many have we sold, more to the point, are there any still available and if so, to whom do I make contact?

You could buy them on Saturday via the booking site, but now it's all sold out. They are normal seats but priced at £59 and include nothing. There's a normal concourse on level 2 as not all of it is hospitality.SoundAsa£ said:Seems to have been some confusion regarding Wembley Level 2 tickets.

Yep, my group bought 22 x Level 2 tickets for £59. No three course meal thrown in, but still feels like very good value!OhMyGodden said:

Is the ticket office open? I called midday yesterday and got an automated message that its closed and that opening hrs are 11-5..
I need to migrate my account from the old website so currently I can't log in or do anything!0 -
I’d email tickets@cafc.co.uk. I had responses on Sunday when they were closed, so I suspect they’re trying to keep on top of that at the moment. They may not respond immediately due to volume I imagine, but it helps to provide any fan numbers or other info to help them resolve your issue. Good luck.MattDee said:Is the ticket office open? Oddly, this has resolved itself for me. I started going through the webpages to buy a season ticket and it suddenly logged me in. Seems to be a technical issue rather than account issue.0
