This isn’t the first time one team will have 30k ish and the other team can potentially sell 50k ish .
Surely there’s a process they go through and as one team nears the last 5k of tickets they have(time dependent as in how near to kick off they get to these numbers) they then request more , if available , they then get released and the whole process should be reasonably smooth and it keeps the tickets available and stops panic/attempting to buy in the other end .
segregation will be in place in each tier and it’s just a process of see where sales of seats are late on and after Saturdays Match move the barriers/netting/door closures etc along to accommodate the next fixture
it’s not rocket science , are there just fuckwits everywhere in this world or am I missing something that’s making this whole process so difficult/farcical.
Also with print at home/show on phone , why have they not gone out immediately, it’s not like those tickets where the QR code or whatever the fuck it is keeps changing .
Bang the fuckers out with the email confirmation because they will surely have been allocated a seat and make the whole process less stressful for Joe Public .
45k Charlton 30k Orient give or take a few thousand
as I said above barriers etc moved and adjustable to as and where it’s segregated
it shouldn’t be this shoddy1 -

I think there's a real feel good factor around the club at the moment & the future looks bright, regardless of Sunday's result!!Same as I think every London based club could get 35-40,000 most weeks in the PL, if given the stadium to do so, including Barnet and Bromley. As that is the nature of English football these days.Which means I do agree with you, there is great potential. But in the Championship you have a fair few clubs that average 25-40,000 on a regular basis. So until that happens, you need owners that step up.
Plonk Bromley in the Premier League and give them a 40,000 stadium and they will sell it out most weeks. That is where English football is at these days. In fact, the very fact they have no league history & therefore rivarlary baggage, means they’d sell it out even easier. Lots of football tourists would go, local ones & foreign ones.Charlton has lots of potential. But so does any club playing inside the M25 in this modern era. Difference is, Charlton at least has a much better foundation already in place than Bromley. But that doesn’t diminish the point that if a eccentric billionaire built a 40,000 capacity stadium at Earls Court, founded a club called Earls Court Rovers and bribed the PL for a place in PL ala Arsenal style in 1919, then they could get crowds of 30-40,000 depending on fixture. It wouldn’t be the most partisan ground in the country, but it would be full.
Because the point is, there are easily enough foreign vistitors and floating football fans living in and around London to make an American style franchise football club a reality these days. Most PL clubs are reducing season ticket holders so that they can cash in on football tourists (UK & foreign based ones).I am not literally talking about Bromley or even Earls Court Rovers (😂) specifically. I am making a point about modern football crowds.
Unless you are taking the p*** now you're very wrong.
I can go back to the mid 90's and they were getting less than 500.
I'll not make any further comment, I have bitten.I am not talking any clubs. I am talking about supply & demand. A simpler way of looking at it is… Wembley stadium acquire a franchise for a spot in the PL. To watch Wembley FC in the PL all you do is turn up or buy online a ticket anywhere in the stadium. There is no segregation. No season tickets. The prices range from £25 to £100. Every match would attract 30,000 plus. Big games v Liverpool etc 80,000 plus.NB: I am not talking about how many Bromley or Barnet would take to a Wembley final either!! My point on that, is every senior, medium sized London side could take 40,000+ to a Wembley final imo. Which tbf has been proved time and again.2 -

Just signed into my Orient account.
They have blocks available in tiers 1 and 2, but nothing in the top tier.
I am assuming that, if we get more tickets, it will only be in the top tier.
They have loads of category one seats available on the halfway line in blocks 122 and the blocks next to it. Orient season ticket holders were complaining that these weren't available when they first went on sale and, based on the sheer number of seats in that section, it looks like they have only just gone on sale. Quite poor in my opinion as their proper fans can't get good seats, but their 'glory hunters' will.
On the north side of the stadium, they don't have much centrally, so these have either sold out or were not made available to them.
They still have a lot of seats available in the first two tiers. I was expecting them to have sold more, but things may go in this phase as, I rejoined in another browser to take a screenshot (it won't let you on mobile) and there were 4000+ people ahead of me in the queue.0 -

Why oh why aren't some of those upper tier blocks already on sale to Charlton. Not moaning - just genuinely perplexed!6

As a further update, you are able to view what seats they have available without being logged in. They have almost sold out and only have a handful of seats available in 122, 121, 117, 202 and 222 at present.
Based on that, I wouldn't expect us to be getting a lot more tickets any time soon.0 -

They surely cant have the case where Charlton fans end up in an upper tier block, behind Orient supporters?3

I think they have been given all of the first two tiers (which opened up in this phase), but not the top.
Since Orient will sell out the first two tiers any minute (unpurchased seats here and there are still popping up), I think they will be given the opportunity to sell as much of the third tier as they can (starting from the east end) before we are given more allocation due to demand from Orient fans.1 -

Orient forum are fuming about the block by block system. Sat in a massive queue and then have to wait for Wembley to release the extra blocks while none others are available1

Orients selling pattern looks like they are trying to fill the bottom deck first, and then go to the top deck. Suspect Level 2 will be left unsold and we'll get spares in the top deck0

It is only the third tier that hasn't gone on sale.1 -
But why is there such a delay to put the 1400 on sale? if we have been allocated the tickets then sell them. It’s unfair to leave supporters dangling on whether they will or won’t get a ticket especially when travel and other arrangements need to be made to attend the match.
Just realised…we are football supporters and deserve to be fucked around.🥸5 -
The problem is they can't give us 2/3 of the stadium easily as that would mean getting out much all of the "plum" seats on the halfway line. The only way they could have gone about it sensibly is if they started selling Orient tickets in the upper and lower tiers but in a smaller area, like so...
That would have left it easier to keep selling to us, however I'm led to believe they've just split the lower tiers 50/50 and we're going to end up with a weird visual where one half of Wembley is full to the brim, and the other half of Wembley has virtually no-one in the upper tier0 -

Here's hoping we're all celebrating this week!2
