So if you buy a season ticket for next year now you can jump straight into the 3pm buying phase, is that right? Asking for a friend.

Sounds like they did but have now relaxed it after representations by the club.

The Club have has just informed @castrust that it has negotiated with Wembley to ensure fans can now buy 12 linked tickets to enable fans to sit together more easily #cafc

We have been working closely with the club, on the ticketing process and structure, so we are really pleased the club have taken onboard our suggestions and plans- and now gone to 12 linked per person!

How are there 700 ahead of me in the queue when only 134 people should be logging in now to buy tickets?

Appears it was an EFL ruling.

Orient were ignoring it, our ticket office and safety staff questioned it and got the EFL to change it to 12

    Wembley tickets frequently asked questions

I’ve tried to buy tickets through the online ticketing website but I am having difficulties. What should I do?

If you're experiencing difficulties purchasing tickets through our online ticketing site, please refer to our help guide videos for step-by-step support. If you still need assistance after using the guides, email us at tickets@cafc.co.uk. We appreciate your patience as we work through enquiries as quickly as possible.

I am a season ticket holder and I have logged into my account but cannot seem to buy online. What should I do?

If you're a season ticket holder and are unable to purchase tickets online, please check that the Fan ID on your account matches the one on your season ticket card. To view your Fan ID, click on your first name in the top right corner of the website—your 6-digit Fan ID will be displayed there. If the number doesn’t match your season ticket card, you may be logged into a duplicate account. Please email tickets@cafc.co.uk for assistance in accessing the correct account.

I’m an ambulant supporter, how can I purchase tickets?

Ambulant supporters can purchase their tickets online. Charlton Athletic has provided help guides to assist with securing both ambulant and companion tickets. If you require further assistance, please email playoffsupport@cafc.co.uk.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for guests with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 31/32.

Please note audio description receivers and mini-induction loops can be collected from one of Wembley’s information booths on the internal concourse on the day of the match.

For further information and location of the information booths, please visit Wembley’s dedicated page on audio descriptive commentary

I’m a wheelchair user, how can I purchase tickets?

Wheelchair users can purchase their tickets online. Click here to view guides to assist with securing both wheelchair and companion tickets. If you require further assistance, please email playoffsupport@cafc.co.uk.

Where should I buy tickets if I would like to stand?

Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the Stadium, incorporating around 867 seats. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium.

Where should I buy tickets if I’m coming with small child?

Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 1650 seats (Blocks 137 to 140 in the West Side) as a Family Area for Charlton Athletic supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than two adult for one child, at a maximum of three children for every adult ticket.

I don’t own a printer or have access to one. How can I print my tickets for the match?

We recommend that supporters print their tickets in advance. However, if you don’t have access to a printer, your ticket can also be scanned directly from your mobile phone at the stadium.

Are you running a coach service?

Charlton Athletic will be operating a coach service for the Wembley fixture, departing from our regular away match pick-up points as well as our Valley Express locations. Information on coach timings will be published during the week.

How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

Fans can link their ticketing accounts to ensure they sit together, but should be aware that any one supporter can only purchase up to seven tickets per transaction, which could only be done by linking accounts. UPDATE (17/05): The club have followed up on the seven tickets per transaction rule and have successfully had it extended to 12 tickets per transaction.

How do I link my ticketing accounts to friends and family?

    Please see details below.

How can I see how many loyalty points I have?

Probably idiots who think they can get a ticket now and dont realise they're not eligible yet - I know I'm not eligible, but just tried to login to test and I'm in the queue as well, rather than being simply told that I cant buy yet.

Got my 12-tickets so no complaints from me!!
  • It's the Charlton ticket system as we know it, so you can buy tickets while leaving strategic unbuyable singles to scoop up later, if you need to buy in more than one transaction.

    Same here.

I thought I'd login to the ticket site ahead of queueing (last time I'd queued and then had to login) but it put me straight into the queue.

I think that will be the majority of the 700!

That's harsh, calling the ultra-loyal fans "odd".
