He’s a mate of mine, expanded his range, some great Sam Bartram and killer scarfs, he was very busy yesterday. Castore2 -
Went to the snooker at the Crucible and the WST (World Snooker Tour) staff had Castore kit on, Castore are very good at winning contracts but little else.1

When are purchasing managers of clubs going to learn this?sholland said:Went to the snooker at the Crucible and the WST (World Snooker Tour) staff had Castore kit on, Castore are very good at winning contracts but little else.2 -
The only other football teams I can find who currently have Reebok as a kit supplier are:
Panama - https://www.footyheadlines.com/2024/05/panama-2024-copa-america-kits.html
Botafogo -
https://www.footballshirtculture.com/new-kits/botafogo-2025-26-reebok-fourth-kit.html
So we'll definitely be part of a select group!

Reebok will have seriously missed a trick if we do make it to Wembley and they didn't have a few thousand shirts ready to go
shame for them0 -

Why? The Castore deal will be until June so Reebok won't be able to announce anythingElthamaddick said:Reebok will have seriously missed a trick if we do make it to Wembley and they didn't have a few thousand shirts ready to go

In 2019, Hummel did a batch of Ltd edition shirts ahead of the play off final with the additional embroidery in the centre if the shirt.
This time around, we've not even played the semis yet and there are zero shirts left anywhere. Frustrating, but as Castore are at the end of the contract I get why they aren't going to suddenly produce more1 -

maybe clubs should think about that when negotiating deals?....how many new shirts could they potentially sell if they released the kit and we went to Wembleyfenaddick said:

Which would take away value from the Castore deal, you get the value at some point. Castore being bad isn’t necessarily on the club or this ownership groupElthamaddick said:

I think this ownership group have wanted out of the Castore deal from the start tbh. I assume RSK will still be sponsors?2

yeah I get that - but how much value is there in a L1 kit deal!fenaddick said:

A similar amount whether it’s Castore or Reebok, you still can’t wear a different shirt before your deal endsElthamaddick said:

I don't know who it will be, but next season we will only have one shirt sponsor, so at least won't have the situation where we are forced to wear our away kit when there's no colour clash, due to the sponsorship contract.MarcusH26 said:I think this ownership group have wanted out of the Castore deal from the start tbh. The UoG deal was also penned in 2022 and was for 3 years, so I take that to mean RSK are the single sponsor next season, unless we cut ties with them early and get a new deal in placekillerandflash said:

The 5 year deal was for RSK to be our sustainability partner, I don't know if it covers shirt sponsorship for the period as well?2 -

From what I can remember no it doesn't. We only renewed RSK and UOG this season for a 1 year term hence the original delay in announcing the kits also. Usually past season delays in kits announced have also been down to us not having the sponsorship secured.killerandflash said:

We did it for the 98 play off final. Was a quaser kit the main season and play offs but the new le coq sportif mesh shirt for the final.L0rd_M0ntagu3 said:
Is this allowed?Swisdom said:Maybe we’ll be in Reebok clobber for the play offs
I note Castore have lost Villa, Newcastle and Wolves too. Too much too soon I guess3 -

Yeah Quaser/Viglen must have been pretty miffed! We had those shirts right up until the play off semi finals but switched manufacturer/sponsor for Wembley.DrugAddicks said:

Used to be a bit of a thing for clubs to wear their new shirt on last day of the season but doesn't seem to happen any more0 -

i was actually told this by a parent for a kid in our academy at the Northampton game. wasn't too sure if he was pulling my chain so didn't say anything.Yann897 said:

Think Quaser went bust during the season and were no longer providing kit towards the end.Rufus is a dogs name said:

Wasn’t it mentioned that there would be a new shirt sponsor this season who had both the home and away shirts or have I imagined this?0
 -

Not quite, it was said at the Q&A thing that we would have one sponsor next season so wouldn't have the issue of not being able to where the home kit, it wasn't clear that the sponsor would be newLargeAddick said:Wasn’t it mentioned that there would be a new shirt sponsor this season who had both the home and away shirts or have I imagined this?0 -
