The point gap from 3rd to 6th is greater than from 6th to 22nd!

And the gap from top to 5th is the same as 5th to bottom. If you were a fan of the 3rd placed side at the end of the season and didn't go up via the playoffs, you might feel somewhat cheated.0

I wonder what odds would have been available at the beginning of the season on Bromley's 33 year old, Michael Cheek, being the top scorer in the whole of the EFL. Given what Birmingham paid for Jay Stansfield (rumoured to be £20m but the Club say nearer £12-£14m with add-ons), plying his trade just one division above, that will be quite a feat if Cheek achieves that accolade. In fact, he has not just found the net 21 times but has 7 assists to his name and no player is likely to have more total goal involvements either.3
