Just keep getting a payment error? Anyone else having problems?0

I couldn't pay by phone. I had to order via my laptop and agree the security thing on my phone. Otherwise I was just stuck in a loop.Weegie Addick said:Just keep getting a payment error? Anyone else having problems?0 -
Annoyingly didn’t get a confirmation email through :-(0

The most loyal fans should be guaranteed a ticket in their window. I believe the club do this well, so they adjust the number of points required depending on the allocation. If they had sold out tonight then in my opinion that would be poor from the club, as it would show they should have set the number of points higherBelv said:
Why would it be poor from the club?NabySarr said:
I’ve just bought both so that’s not true. I don’t think there are enough fans in the top 2 buckets to sell out either game (and if there were that would be really poor from the club)Lincsaddick said:I'm told told that Cambs tickets are sold out, and Wycombe tickets have almost all gone A friend called the ticket office late this p.m. and just managed to get me a Wycombe ticket, I don't have enough points to have had any chance otherwise. I am not going to CambsThose with the most points would have the tickets, it makes no difference.
Should be done alphabetically by first name only. Luckily my name is Aaron.0 -
Cheers Cat i will....was in two minds about this game due to its so awkward to get too, but been there a few times and never seen Charlton.CatAddick said:
We normally grab a cab in town and book them for a return from outside The Hour Glass. I’ll probably travel up from B’stoke with PaulM so if you see us jump aboard ;-)Chippycafc said:0 -
Mine turned up in my junk folder for some reason. Usually goes to inbox, so not sure what’s happened this time.AFKABartram said:Annoyingly didn’t get a confirmation email through :-(0 -
I’m changing mine from Airman to Aardvark then.fenlandaddick said:NabySarr said:

Sold out and, despite going to every home and away game, I am sat with the home fans for the third away game this season.
Where were all of the 1000+ Charlton fans attending this one at Bolton and Burton away this season?6 -
Sold out already, raging1

Surely, going to all those games, you would have been able to buy in the first phase. How did you miss out?Eric10 said:Sold out and, despite going to every home and away game, I am sat with the home fans for the third away game this season.

Surely you were eligible for phase 1 or 2 then?Eric10 said:Sold out and, despite going to every home and away game, I am sat with the home fans for the third away game this season.

Oh, gutted. Was hoping to go as part of the first day of my holidays having convinced my other half it was on the way to where we are going.
I could have got 2 yesterday but needed 3 and through my own error I hadn't applied ticket points to my kids correctly in the past so we miss out. A lesson for me from now on!0 -

Without pre-empting Eric's answer it does seem to me that there is no time between the announcement of tickets going on sale and them actually going on sale. If you were away for a couple of days and not going online you could easily miss out even if eligible.2 -
Also, if it’s just every game this season then you’ll only be around the 400 points mark, and not getting points for games sitting in home end. Signing up to Valley Gold would have promoted you further up the order.0

I don't have all the points I should have due to a bug with my account. A while back I only had 10 and wasn't acquiring points. This has now been rectified and I can acquire points, but I only have the points from my season ticket this season and the last three away games (260 points) as they only fixed my account recently.Chris_from_Sidcup said:

By my calculations, I should have 575 points:
Every home game from Cheltenham Town last season
Season ticket this season
Four away games last season
7 cup games this season (minus one as I was sat with the Southend fans)
17 away league games this season (minus one as I was sat with the Orient fans)
That should have made me eligible for phase 6 and would have allowed me to just about get a ticket. However, I had to wait for phase 9 and these tickets didn't even reach phase 7.0 -
Get over yourself . You should have got a ticket earlier.Eric10 said:Sold out and, despite going to every home and away game, I am sat with the home fans for the third away game this season.

And a few clicks on their phones buys them a ticket if they want one.
if they have the points then there’s no excuse for not buying a ticket if they want to go to the game.3 -

Sorry you’ve missed out Eric, particularly as it seems there’s a bug with your account. On a wider point, sadly with these smaller allocations and bigger demand we’ll see increasing numbers of previous away travellers being usurped by Valley Gold :-(5 -
Why dig out fans in your original post when there’s a bug on your account? Surely that’s between you and the club to sort out.Eric10 said:

How did you buy tickets for all those games? If you’ve got proof (maybe like email receipts) then share that with the club and see if they will amend your pointsEric10 said:

When CL mods look out the window and see the Porsche on the drive needs a wash and think sod it, I’ll generate some more posts and buy a new one….AFKABartram said:

surprised the site hasn’t gone into meltdown already.0 -
It’s true though, setting the Valley Gold value at 600 points for this game it meant a non-Season Ticket holder who hasn’t been a single game home or away in two seasons, had priority to buy two tickets for this limited allocation game over someone who has had a season ticket for two seasons and attended in addition 13 away games.letthegoodtimesroll said:

From 1999/2000 to 2022/2023 I missed a grand total of one home game, three away league games and two away league cup games. The only games I didn't really bother going to were away games in the FLT. This is all with a three hour journey to The Valley.Nicholas said:

Unfortunately, I had to end over ten years without missing a single men's first team game at The Valley for a family emergency that saw me miss half the season.
None of that counts for anything as only the current and previous season count towards loyalty points.1
