    No idea why they have moved the away end and reduced the allocation.

    Whenever I see their hi-lights on the ITV FLS, the old away end is virtually empty.

    Same as any side who do it, much harder to make a racket on the sides so they think there's an advantage to moving away fans. It's short sighted though because, as you point out, they'll lose revenue

    Cambridge probably relegated by the time this game is played surely they could give us behind the goal as well or some of it could be a lot of Charlton in the home end otherwise

    This is usually the case but the new away end is closer to the pitch and home end so I can only presume it generates more noise. Very bizarre because as someone has already said they don't usually sell even half of the usual away end to home fans

    The stand behind the goal is shit, way too far from the pitch. Hopefully we get half of it at a later date for the fans that don't have enough points to get them now.

    I think the logic was that they had a growing home support, and wanted the extra space. Clearly the terrible season has backfired a bit, as home numbers have I imagine gone down

    Old away stand is now the family stand so can't see that happening

    This is the sort of fixture which is a complete away banker, until the players see Neil Harris in the home dugout, and when he summons the Millwall curse, it all goes horribly wrong for us

    Surely the people you (general, not you specifically) go with should also earn their loyalty points by going to games rather then getting to go to high demand fixtures because their mate has a season ticket

    Majority of the time with my mate so he has similar loyalty points but occasionally I do go on my own. 

    I follow England and sometimes we don’t always get tickets together as the you can only get tickets if you have the required loyalty points.

    for example re Cambridge u could have 500 top away followers but they could take 500 spaces for non season ticket holders / friends which then takes away from the 501-1000 top away followers. 

    I have addressed it with the fans advisor and the club but they don’t care

    Can kids even acquire loyalty points?

    The system should be one ticket per person, but kids can acquire points via the paying adult, who can then purchase additional tickets for the kids linked to their account. However, only if the kids have enough points.

    The adult can then purchase extra tickets for the kids once they have enough loyalty points, providing they have already purchased a ticket themself.

    Anyone know how you can see how many points your connected people have?  I could buy 2 on Weds at 4pm.

    Trouble is, I have 2 kids who would want to come. I cannot see how many points they have though.

    One has been to every away game I have so should have enough but I don't trust our systems! They are 9/12 so don't have emails/account details.

    Love this annual debate.

    I do agree though that there has to be a point where it is only 1 ticket per person and an allocation of 1k for a relatively close away game during a promotion push is probably teetering on it.

    You need to email the club mate, had the same problem for my 9 year old, I created him an email address signed him up an account then the club linked his account to his con ir number. You will have to sign in to each of their accounts though each time too see how many points they have. my boy has got 615 points with Peterborough and Wycombe points still to go on. He is also at Cambridge but had to do both tickets on my name as he didnt have the 640 as of yet. Glad I can buy 2 with my loyalty points as he may have had to miss out.

    Yeah both season ticket holders with Con numbers but if they have online I don't have a password.  Will see if I can click forgotten password or phone the club I guess.  Thanks.

    Email the club mate, they were very good when sorting mine out. If you have created an account for each of them it should be pretty straight forward. They will link the account then you should just have to click on the forgot password link.

    It's interesting how they juggle the points for each game. Wycombe, which has a higher quota, starts at 600 rather than 640 points.

    You’d think so, but despite going to all games together, my son has 15 points less than me. Which is annoying as when buying Wycombe this afternoon I can’t allocate to his name as it’s just below the current cut off and as a kid they can’t have a ‘and Valley gold’ consideration.

    I'm told told that Cambs tickets are sold out, and Wycombe tickets have almost all gone A friend called the ticket office late this p.m. and just managed to get me a Wycombe ticket, I don't have enough points to have had any chance otherwise. I am not going to Cambs
