Too lightweight and melted away from any challenge

sorry I’d have Berry over him every day
He threw his whole body into a brilliant block in the final minutes that eventually lead to the corner and goal.

Berry has been pretty average this season. Too much of a 'moments' player. Time to bring Gilbert in.

Berry can be left back, on the bench that is.

100%….yep he takes a nice corner but from what I’ve seen of him so far that’s about it

    hope I’m proved wrong

Its all we need him to do really... We've got goal scorers throughout the team

Its someone with the eye for the pass that we're missing.

He’s very much a home game player when we are looking to play a bit more expansive.

His set piece taking is sublime though!

3 assists from corners already. It's getting to the stage where we need to find a way of getting him in the 11 as the set piece quality difference when he plays is so great

Two identical deliveries for our goals today, they were planned, not lucky.

He was instrumental in that win in the minutes he had. Two assists, turning the opposition in their half a few times and settting the attack off, and a cracking tackle that led to our winner, just off the top of my head.

You are not watching the same game as me. But it is all about opinions.

Game changer, and that's what Nathan wants. Another shrewd addition. The player does not need to affect the whole game. Just those moments they are asked to. The team gets the results

If only we signed him in August instead of Allan Campbell... Not saying he's been a game changer, but having him as an option would have been so much better, he also puts the effort in.

Yeah I get what you and AlwaysNeil are saying, and do agree

I suppose I'm thinking of someone that comes on and bosses the game, like we've seen some playmakers do

He hasn't had a whole lot of time in fairness. I thought he might've been brought on at half time today. Expect at home we're more likely to see him impose himself.

I do get where your coming from, but I personally think that's more down to confidence than ability.
He just looks a bit shell shocked whenever he comes on. Sort of like he doesn't think he's good enough to be there.
That can and will change I'm sure. He's technically better than most we've got.

3 assists is that now, that have helped secure 6 points? In, what, 4 sub appearances?

Would like to see if he can influence open play a bit more by starting a match but you can’t ask for much more from a substitute.

He also looked great holding the ball up in the corner with Leaburn one game, think he looks lightweight because of his frame but has unexpected strength

Two of those three assists were Gillesphey goals too.

It's not as if that's ALL he did today either, I saw a couple of decent defensive moments too, as he was playing deeper than usual as part of the engine room two once Coventry went off.

Well seeing as every other incumbant of the role, has not been able to make the near post, he's a useful addition.

Hit a lovely switch out to TC at one point also. I’d like to see him start on Tuesday so we can see it a bit more of him, but it’s hard to change a team that’s playing so well

Expect Dundee Utd fans said the same about Campbell ......

I never want to see him getting compared to Campbell again!!

The last player we had who could take a corner was Paulo Dicanio

Are we really debating the performance of a bloke that contributed two goals in injury time to win us the game? I don’t care if I never see the cnut again. He’s earned his Charlton stripes.

Might be wrong, but think he's now leading our assists for the season, equal with Berry.
