How did May manage to fluff that counter up
Edmonds-Green was ex-Charlton player for the opposition, providing perfect balance

I hadn't realised Birmingham were missing both Stansfield and Dykes. Jutkiewicz off the bench is very much Plan C.
  • Barnsley down to 10 men. Hopefully 3 game ban.

One thing that's really annoyed me about Brum this season is the massive gap between name and number on the back of the shirts. Never seen anything like it

Foul on Fosu just to keep up the Charlton connections tonight

    We’re going up.
  • 9 minutes added on for Northampton to try and find an equaliser.

Didn't Stansfield break his leg ?

    FT Wigan 2-1 Huddersfield
Great result that. Hudds dropping like a stone.

Wigan beating Huddersfield is very good news. Their January transfer dealings seem to have weakened them
  • After tonight’s results a draw on Saturday becomes absolutely fine, just don’t lose.

Saturday is our biggest game of the season by far. The play offs are now in our own hands.

Got Bolton to worry about as well now though

If Bolton win, and we draw, they leap above the both of us.

Assuming Birmingham don't capitulate in the last 10 mins then it's been a pretty good night with 2 teams directly above us losing.

As I said earlier, not too bothered about Barnsley as we need to win games to get into the play offs. If Barnsley go above us then we are doing something wrong.
  • Makes me laugh the difference a week can make.

We'd just lost to Birmingham, Orient and Huddersfield then won on the Tuesday night and suddenly our results looked so vital, and people were thinking that those two had momentum.

A week later, we've just beaten Exeter, and Orient / Huddersfield have just lost in midweek and we're getting a little carried away again ;)

Just got to treat it game by game - Still 42-pts to play for
  • FT Northampton 1-2 Barnsley

My bad, I swear the commentary team had mentioned him being available

Are Birmingham fans aware that they're winning? Half of them have left

Yet another defeat for Tranmere, at home to fellow strugglers Accrington. Just 2 points above the drop.
