As nothing is happening on Charlton incomings here's some information:
Mungo Jerry Erogbogbo London Bridge is 24 years old and left Aston Villa in 2022 after failing to break into the 1st team squad. Mungo had a trial at Bristol Rovers but failed to impress. Taken on by Macclesfield but never played a game. He has now returned to Daventry where he had his youth career before joining Villa.
Unfortunately for Mungo it was a bridge to far to have a professional career.3 -

Gilbert is the one they want, and been holding out for all window, it has been down to Boro to get a replacement in, but I think now as we get to the end of the window, the player is pushing.
personally I think would be great signing. It might be a loan to start with, but will look to make perm in summer if they can’t get a perm now!55 -
I've seen some threads go off tangent but this one is taking the piss😂3

Hopefully now they've got Whittaker this will happen. Don't think them selling Emmanuel Latte Lath to Atlanta United will affect this.0 - Sponsored links:

He may well take a pay as you play contract just to keep playing? Worth it in the right circumstancesHe knows he will struggle to get a contract like he as at Charlton ever again .. and wants to stay contracted whether he plays or not ….1

3 months in the gym on a special programme should surely have made a difference to Dixon by now.
I'm not expecting him to be a regular, but will be disappointed if he's not being used as an impact player before the end of the season.3 -

Says everything really.Saying that, pleased to get someone in to bolster the squad and compete for a position we are desperately short in.6 - Sponsored links:

Dixon might not be ready but he’s surely deserved a bench place and the odd ten minutes here and there. I’d imagine his confidence and morale must be being affected.4

Here's an article from a while back demonstrating this with Owen Hargreaves at Man United:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.express.co.uk/sport/football/246782/Owen-Hargreaves-on-a-pay-as-you-play-deal/amp
I'm sure pay-as-you-play deals exist much further down the pyramid but they seem to be incredibly rare at pro level.1 -
maybe why the winger would be a loan - assumes dixon won't feature this season but may do next year?

Jones said we will only sign players that make a difference or significant improvement to what we have.
Those stats suggest otherwise if we are after him.0 -
Got no problem with giving Dixon some sub mins towards the back end of the season but I completely understand why we would bring in a senior winger too.6

Those stats suggest otherwise if we are after him. Those stats suggest we are after someone on the cheap. The players leaving, more about balancing the budget than having a negative effect on the squad. There is no desire to spend any extra money. Just hope it doesn't come back to bite us after 46 games. We have 21 players, what happened to 8+8+8? Must be the same way they calculate the 'improving' attendances.

Think people have read too much into Dixon’s game vs Orient. The entire side was crap that night not just him12
