It's not a pre-contract. It is a contract, which is enforceable from the 1st July. As it has been signed in advance some people are incorrectly calling it a pre-contract.
FWIW The difference between a pre-contract and a contract is that the former is to validate that all parties have a shared understanding, before the actual contract becomes valid.
The Contract has already been completed and signed therefore the contract includes the validation that GD is a Fehervar player from the 1st July as agreed by George, Charlton and Fehervar.

It's pretty simple. All George has to do is take a leaf out of Charlie Kirk's book. Make the move, play like an uninterested pub player until they can't get you out the door quick enough, then come back home.

The assists and goal threats are now becoming a regular feature of his game.
To find a like for like replacement would cost us a small fortune, even if such a player could be persuaded to ply their trade at such a low level.
If he's definitely off, then Jones needs to use Saturday's game to start experimenting and planning for next season without him.

No again it's not "until and WIOTOS then who knows". He's off in the summer to play for a club in Hungary. End of. I was lucky enough to bump into George this morning and I explained about the circular conversation on the internet discussion board and politely enquired that, although it was none of my business and I didn’t expect a full answer, bearing in mind the complexities of the situation but could he maybe just give me a brief summary that I could post here for some of the hard of thinking on the board to move our discussions along and he agreed and I therefore reproduce his answer in full below;
”The thing is, I’ve never really understood if the word refers to a restaurant specialising in roast meat, particularly roast beef and Sunday roasts or if it just means the station within a buffet where such food is served, so I’m not sure I can really help ya. See ya”

If there is any prospect of George staying at Charlton then by this point I’d expect either the club or him or both being in conversation with Fehervar. Jones wants the bulk of his squad signed up by pre season so the club will need to know what’s what very soon. He’ll need replacing if he’s going so the situation needs resolving pdq. Will he, won’t he can’t be allowed to drag on all summer.0

If the new manager persuades the owners to over rule the technical director, who was in charge of all footballing decisions, at a cost of perhaps £300/£400K in a lost transfer fee and wages until the end of June.
It wouldn't reflect well on Jones if he then chose not to play Dobson.
