I can't blame him. 75 years of age. Does a little bit of work for Sky. Works Jan or Feb until May, picks up some salary and take the rest of the year off.0

You'd think taking four points off us would keep him in a job.0 -
There's always a club that sacks their manager straight after the transfer window closes

Derek Adams has resigned as Ross County manager after just 12 games of his third spell in charge.
The 48-year-old returned to the Scottish Premiership club in November, but has now decided to quit after "much consideration in recent weeks".
His final game was Tuesday's 5-0 defeat at Motherwell which left second-bottom County six points above Livingston.

Ross County have appointed Don Cowie as their interim manager after Derek Adams' resignation.
The 40-year-old served as an assistant to Adams and predecessor Malky Mackay and spent nine seasons as a player in Dingwall over two spells.

He's been moaning about the standard of Scottish football, but this comment in December is hilarious!
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67667758"The standard is shocking. It's one of the worst games I've ever seen," Adams told BBC Sportsound."I've been back and I see the standard and I think 'wow - any chance?' If I'm a spectator watching this today, I'm thinking 'is this what Scottish football is all about?' It needs to up its game."County were unlucky to fall to defeat as Shaughnessy diverted Alex Samuel's clearance towards goal in the 96th minute after Luke McCowan's free-kick hit the post.Adams added: "I've left a team down in League Two that's miles better than this team. Miles. That's saying something. We had the bottom budget in League Two, and they were 100 times better than this."5 -

I'd have thought John Eustace would be in a position to get a job at a club that's a bit less of a basket case than Blackburn right now.1

Tommasson offered to leave them in the summer last year, when Blackburn cut their budget and changed their 'project' goals. He was very good at Malmo, I wonder if he might go back there? My ex next door neighbour left Leicester City 2 yrs or so ago to join him at Malmo as sports coach/science development head. Tommassson then joined Blackburn but my mate stayed at Malmo.1

Birmingham, Sunderland and Millwall this season have all changed managers who had done a decent job, and got worse.4
