    Its a 50/50... You can see them given, you can see them ignored - The handball rule is a complete mess

    In 2023 they are given as penalties and the ball was going towards the goal and it hit the outstretched hand and so it's a penalty.

    Son makes it a Desmond.

    The pen was always going to be given, as that’s how it is now, but as the commentators say, it’s just become a matter of interpretation again, which is what VAR was supposed to be stopping.

    Doesnt matter though as the lead lasted all of 10 seconds. 😂

    Both Arsenal and Spurs playing some brilliant back to front possession football at times. Maddison for Spurs in the middle of most of theirs and would be a massive loss if he did get injured.
