For some reason, when you get the x.com link it doesn't embed. I found you have to click 'share via' and then 'copy' and it will give you the twitter.com link.JohnnyJoeyDeeDee said:0 -

Doesn't the wee fella realise that if he just takes a couple of steps backwards he will be able to see over the fence?8 -
They won’t go down but always good to see a meltdown on their forum when they have a two hundred page thread on this site alone 😂
Pretty obvious from when our kids gave them the run around for an hour that the play off charge wasn’t quite on this season

"Morning Gary, good weekend?"
"Yeah, not bad"
"What do you get up to?"
"Saturday nipped to Sports Direct for a new trackie, Sunday went to Millwall, ignored the actual game, bounced up and down like a space hopper swearing and shouting abuse at a load of people 100 yards away who can't hear me."

The clip was 2 mins long, say a minute before and a minute after, that's 4 minutes of the game both sets off fans missed by acting like scum.I go to football to watch football. Not to be a total and utter cock. Why get to a game over an hour early just to call the opposition players c**ts.What sad pathetic lives these people must have. This isn't just a dig at millwall as all clubs have these idiot fans.11

What happens to someone to enjoy spending their weekend doing that?Todds_right_hook said:The clip was 2 mins long, say a minute before and a minute after, that's 4 minutes of the game both sets off fans missed by acting like scum.I go to football to watch football. So you don’t spend the whole game goading the oppositions fans and and doing stabbing motions to them??? What sort of sanitised soulless club are you? Wow, those years in the premier league must have really ruined your fanbase.26

It wasn't great, admittedly.ShootersHillGuru said:Excellent score so far 👍. The calls for Rowetts head will be ringing loud.
However, it's a bit rich to hear from a Charlton fan about calling for a managers head
We've had 5 full time managers in 16 years. I think you've had that many this season alone

Rotherham (2 points) and Swansea (1 point) are the next 2 visitors to the Den. If you don't get at least 4 points from them he'll be in big trouble as your October fixtures are tough.1 -
Very true but our managers have been universally shit. Rowett was within a hairs breadth of getting you into the playoffs and promoted to the richest league on the planet. With respect there’s a difference.Big_Bad_World said:

Yeah, he's under pressure alright. Rightly so as well. He's been given more money to spend than any manager before him. He's broken our tiny transfer record 4 times and has the team playing some of the most negative football I've seen in a while. He loves a defensive midfielder and is devoid of giving the team any form of attacking outlets.Chris_from_Sidcup said:

It says something when your only attacking outlet is a right back on loan from Arsenal.
Trouble is, it's not as if we haven't got the players to mix it up. He seems so scared of trying something different that he's painted himself in to a corner of being completely defence focused.
Even the coaching team are all of the defensive mould.
We played 2 strikers on Sunday and backed them up with 3 centre backs and 3 defensively minded central midfielders. Take in to account the keeper and that only leaves 2 wing-backs to support those 2 forwards. We didn't stand a chance.1 -
Let's not kid ourselves about last season. All the teams in and around the play-offs were doing their best not to claim one of the last 2 places. In any other season we'd have been out of touch with the top 6 with about 5 matches to play.ShootersHillGuru said:

Also, the position/results were masking the same turgid football being served up.
Look, he's not a bad manager. He's just got one plan and struggles if he can't shut up shop from the 1st minute and hope to nick something somewhere along the line.2 -
Thanks. All positive news then 👍Big_Bad_World said:

Loving this. Sounds like Millwall lose their next game, Rowatt goes and if the fans get their way an attack minded coach comes in. You will get pummelled each week and we will have a derby to look forward to again next season in L1. 🤣0
