    Surely if the wickets are "broken" you  should be out. Never mind the bails not being "in their grooves".

    Having said that the side on angle showed the middle stump leaning backwards before Smith was in his ground. Which means that the bails are out the grooves and should have been out.

    Smith had a bizarre over there. First to go aerial over extra cover and then trying another aggressive shot over the leg side a couple of balls later. Got it horribly wrong and the edge balloons high in the sky.

    He was on for 100+ if his partners had hung around long enough, which Cummins definitely looked like doing at least
