    I'm not saying that ref is rubbish but how are Stanway and Rauch still on the pitch?

    Ref has officiated big games before including women's world cup and champions League final, but it appears to me to be inconsistent with her decisions. 

    Lot of refs don't really play the game and to understand the contact on how fouls occur and what should be a booking and not.

    99% of football teams, including Charlton, really don’t have the players to pass the ball out from the back. Weird that managers seem insistent on having their team try and do something that creates so much risk.
