echo all that has been said, Ben always gave 100% .. all the best in the future, EXCEPT against us ((:>)3

How far off is Asiimwe?0

A good honest pro and not the worst left back we’ve ever had. Didn’t fit in with Jackson’s 3-5-2 inflexible formation but we do have some good young left backs coming through the academy so I can see why we’d be letting him go. Wish him all the best for the future1

Good luck to him, was a good servant to the club and solid at this level

I'd have kept him but the new manager obviously want's his own players and you can't blame him.0

Yep. It’s potentially a positive sign in that BG has now assessed the squad and knows what he does and doesn’t want. It’s a firm decision.Good luck to BP. I lost my shit when he scored at Wembley as it felt up until that point that it might be one of those days when we lost 1-0 to a ridiculous goal.5

Remember we don't need to rebuild every summer now we have TS....
4 fullbacks and 3 centre backs needed, not to mention at least 1 striker, a winger and probably 2 central midfielders, before we think about selling anyone and replacing them0 -
I don't mind BP departing, as long as it's a decision Garner was involved with3
-
I think DJ will be the new left back partly because he defends a lot better than he attacks
he doesn’t have any tricks to beat people and his crossing isn’t very good either3 -
Disappointed to see him go, thought he was decent enough.
Good luck Ben.0 -

And apart from the points contained in the rest of your sentence he's a really good player.0 -
It looks like we are having a squad reset but recent evidence suggests we will start the season too light, rather than be fully equipped with strength in depth.1

At centre back I reckon one of Bakrin and Ness will be around the first team squad. Ness is 22 and Bakrin looks as good as Elerewe.0 -
Classy response from Purrington but then wouldn't expect anything less from the bloke and wish him well. Decent full back at this level but not adaptable enough to be a first or even back up wing back. We need a fit Rhoys Wiggins type - capable of being both. Finding and signing a Wiggins is a totally different challenge.5

Thanks Ben, and good luck in the future.0

If anyone doubted the OS, Cawley or even Ben himself, it is 110% gospel.
Just need to check the Blackpool Instagram site now....13 -
Played a massive part in one of the greatest days in the clubs history. And with that he will also go down as the goal scorer of one of the best team goals I’ve ever seen Charlton produce.
Good luck Ben - go and smash it.8
