This will eventually become the norm - i own some equity tokens in a company. Equity tokens are going to be the "next big thing" in crypto. The tokens will be redeemable for locking in your money as equity and you'll recieve dividends as a result (if the company turns a profit). WAGMI United LLC last year failed in a takeover bid of Bradford City, where they had aimed to rely on non-fungible tokens [NFTs] as an ownership model.
