    Shit performance but great day as always, a few good pubs and a laugh/sing song on the train home

    My first visit to Hillsborough after a couple of failed attempts in previous years. Probably the most historic ground in the country that I hadn’t yet visited.

    It’s a big old stadium, and you do sense the history once you’re in there. Of course, that history does have a major element of sadness in it knowing what took place in that same away end.

    Three generations of idiots!

    Rubbish game and I busted my ankle running for the train but still had a great day. It would be great to travel next season with an actual hope of winning games….
