Interesting, it goes against the Rooney Rule to make a decision before interviewing all candidates, which must include people of an ethnic minority background. Could put them in a lot of hot water0

The Rooney Rule is a farce. The Raiders did the same thing when they handed Gruden a 10 year contract. Does anyone believe they went through a thorough and fair process before that?0
