    Given the normal 1:1.4 exchange rate which operates on these calculations, this means 14,327.85 people in the stadium. The 0.85 is me, I'm a bit hunched up with a spot of backache this week. It's from looking downwards at the league table for the last 9 months.

    I believe the official figure. There may have only been 13,000 fans in seats but there were 6,000 representatives of different takeover consortiums in the boardroom, all trying to outbid each other ...

    Followed Mr M Grade under railway arch afterwards. Someone asked him when Parksinson would be outed and when Varney was handing over the cheque.......Grade looked terrified and walked on without comment.

    Wasn't under 10k - may not have been more than 10k Charlton fans in the ground however.

    Very, very poor by any standard and the official figure is meaningless.
