One Man Utd fan felt that Lingard was doing well at West Ham because he was playing for a team where the opposition wont shut up shop against him and will leave a ton of space for him to exploit, that didnt happen as teams do play tigher against Man Utd so he was less effective.
If that is the case and is the "real" reason behind Lingard's form then he should be left at home

The only thing going for Lingard is that he's fresh compared to a lot of players given he's not played much in a year when a lot of other players haven't had a break.
