How can you go from a club record 68 home games unbeaten (which included at one point 24 wins in a row) to then go and lose 5 in a row (another club record).
Sublime to the ridiculous.
Anyone thinking its anything other than that is mad.1 -
The issue is they replaced the injured defenders with midfielders thereby weakening their midfield.
Not really a case that their defence has been poor.
I am personally loving it3 -
Heartbroken about Liverpool, especially for their "fans" from south east London. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣1

Liverpool had half their squad out , have a word. Literally they have had a first 8/9 most of the time just the odd key injury, not any worse than others but last season they pretty much had no worries.
I am loving it, nice to not hear the liverpool fans for a bit, long may it continue!0 -
With all their injuries this season it's shown how thin their squad is in terms of quality. They got away with it last year with hardly any injuries.

Plus a big part of their game is the full back bombing on. With the defensive confident gone, they don't get as far forward, so there's less supply from midfield because of Henderson and Fabinho moving back, and less supply from out wide as the full back aren't confident their centre back can cover them3

Has Klippity Klopp become more donkey than thoroughbred .. some VERY strange substitutions lately .. Is Bowyeritis catching ?1

Claims that the 36th and 37th games of the season will be put back to allow fans in...

Seems daft to worry about rushing fans back for 2 or 3 games. Plus you could argue it gives a team an advantage. I haven't seen the fixtures but if you imagine Fulham having 2 of their last 3 games at home with a crowd backing them but Newcastle only 1 of 3, be uproar!

To be fair, I only watched the last 30 mins but it was a belting 30 mins to be fair, both teams had chances to win it, how Burnley survived that onslaught in injury time I'll never know.
Hard to believe that was the same team Spurs blew away in 30 mins last week.0 -
It's amazing how far away from top 6 Arsenal are. Not only are they 7 back but the 5th and 6th place clubs have a match in hand too. All that missing turnover from lack of Championship League action lately are gonna take a toll on player spending moving forward just when they need to get better players.

Great strike by Che Adams against poor Sheffield United.

Alisson, Robertson, TAA, Wijnaldum, Thiago, Mane, Firmino, Salah have all been fit. Those players are enough to ensure they shouldn't be losing 5 home games in a row. Especially as in the same run of games they've won away at Spurs, West ham and Leipzig.

Nathan Tella had a great game for Southampton yesterday. Definitely a player with a bright future. Seriously quick1

Liverpool prefering to go with two kids Rhys Williams (no, breathe easy, not that one) and Nat Phillips at Centre-Back today against Fulham with Ben Davies not even on the bench, nor injured this afternoon0
