  • Bows also confirma Morgan not been injured.

He's young and there's competition for places '

You coukd win a competition for a place in our midfield.

    Yep, lost it.
  • If true, This would surely impact Bowyers capability to get a squad of decent signings in the door for next season.
  • That Bowyer said some incredibly harsh things to JW in front of the entire squad, bringing him to tears. I know several of the more senior pros stepped in and have those same pros have since confirmed that the level of respect the players have for LB is at an all time low.
    Thanks for answering

That doesn't make it strange though does it.  Your natural reaction doesn't mean it should be everyone else's.
ok - i've been in a lot of football changing rooms and i haven't seen it happen since i was about 10 years old
  • I can see why if the rumours are true why Roddy has a problem with Bowyer.  Surely TS cannot let this continue!

Appreciate you sharing this. Disappointing that they haven’t taken it further though. Fine to share what happens in the dressing room and training ground with fans, but not willing to call out possible bullying to those higher than bowyer.
  • It's clear to me that Sandgaard needs some presense at boardroom level on a day to day basis. And I'm not talking on the end of a phone at 4AM 5000 miles away.

Just out of interest mate, how come you kept this to yourself until now? Don’t have to answer and I believe you’ve been told this, but I’m sure that’s what you’ll get asked a lot.

You really are arrogant aren’t you. Delusional my arse. So we are expected to believe everything you say because you say it.
How did he make him cry? Why did he make him cry? Did he mean to make him cry? Why has it taken over a month to come out? Why are the circumstances not out here?
We are expected to believe that these poor victimised players are so desperate that they are at snapping point and need to unload themselves to a couple of fans. They are members of the players Union FFS.
They should stand up for themselves or take matters up via the management line - like everyone else in work has to do. That is the right way to do things. Not creeping behind peoples backs and making unsubstantiated allegations. Their behaviour is worse.
The last claim was that Bowyer does not discuss tactics with players. Believing that is delusional. Pure fantasy.
There is so much to criticise on team selection, formations and results, but these underhand snide comments are below contempt.
if they were fabricatede, you would be right, but as usual, you're wrong

That doesn't make it right or wrong though.  I am not saying players shouldn't receive criticism.  I was a shit manager (not football) before I learnt you can't speak to everyone the same way, if you want to get the best out of them.

If you were the manager would you deliver your feedback to Williams, Inniss, Millar and Pratley (as random examples) in exactly the same way?

    You sound pleasant
  • What would someone have to say to you to actually make you cry?
  • I don’t tend to pass on anything I hear as it comes directly from a close friend who happened to be in the room on this particular occasion. As others had already told most of the story I thought I would give the full picture.
    Cheers mate.

It does not matter if they are true. Don’t you get it?

no, but lets not have an unnecessary argument - if you want me to say that a grown man crying during an argument at work is the norm then i'm afraid i'm not going to even if it would make u feel better

I’m quite sure it wasn’t just a one off ticking off.

We’ve all seen how Williams, along with a few others, was made a scapegoat for his own (Bowyers) abysmal tactical decisions.

Williams probably felt like he couldn’t do anything right in Bowyers eyes.

I’m just disappointed the players haven’t gone further with this.
