Wigan finish with Fulhampaulie8290 said:Luton finish with Blackburn
Hull finish with Cardiff
Cardiff will need the win to guarantee play offs so if either team has to win on Saturday then hopefully its Hull as I cant see them beating Cardiff, but hopefully Luton v Hull is a draw
We're probably the one team actually that'll have a dead rubber as think Leeds will seal the title come the weekend
Will just depend if Leeds want to treat it as such or end on a high0 -
Wendies 0-0 Huddersfield FT2
-
By the time Hull Play Luton we will have played two more games . If we are looking out for that result it means we’ve ballsed up .10

Wigan wouldnow be safe without the 12 point deduction. They should deduct it now, so the tables show a true reflection.4
-
Cardiff 2 Derby 1
Sheff Weds 0 Huddersfield 0
Both full times.1 -
If they end up safe with the theoretical deduction, the deduction is applied next season.LawrieAbrahams said:Wigan wouldnow be safe without the 12 point deduction. They should deduct it now, so the tables show a true reflection.0 -
Fulham may be out of automatic promotion contention by then, but can't finish lower than 4th, so won't have much to play for either.ForeverAddickted said:

Surely not? - I thought that only counted if Wigan went down without the deductionCallumcafc said:

That keeps Hudds in the mix.Callumcafc said:Wendies 0-0 Huddersfield FT
And Sheff Weds too - if they get a 12 point deduction.3 -
If there's a Massive points deduction, that might not be a bad result for usCallumcafc said:Wendies 0-0 Huddersfield FT2 -

Why is it saying we drew with QPR?0

That's not true. If they stay up even with the 12 point deduction then they're safe.Callumcafc said:

It's only applied next season if they finish in the bottom 3 before the deduction (which can't happen).3 -

There has got to be a punishment - so down without deduction is -12 in League 1 - stay up without deduction it's -12 in the Championship.

Maybe I read the ruling wrong but I thought it wasn’t applied until next season if it didn’t affect the outcome (ie safety or relegation) of this season.ForeverAddickted said:

Could go 17th with a win tomorrow (18th excluding Wigan’s deduction). We’re safe if we win, just can’t see us winning.

Well Wigan cant be relegated without a deduction now so surely just give them the 12-pt deduction nowbobmunro said:ForeverAddickted said:

As if not they wont start next season on -12 pts in the Championship0 -
To think Millwall could be promoted to the Premier League having won just 17 out of 46 matches. And we could be relegated to League 1 having won 4 less games than them.6

it's down to us now to take advantage of the hoops nicking a point
the scary thing is i'd rather any team were playing this fixture for us other than hull3 -
They've only scored three more goals than us as wellAddick Addict said:To think Millwall could be promoted to the Premier League having won just 17 out of 46 matches. And we could be relegated to League 1 having won 4 less games than them.0 -
if we weren't so shit i'd be doing my pieces with how close the scum are to promotion1

If they are relegated, (which on the points they are on, will not happen), point deduction next season, if not point deduction this seasonCallumcafc said:

From BBC:
The sanction will be applied at the end of this season if the Latics, 14th in the Championship, finish outside the bottom three after 46 games.
Should Wigan finish in the relegation zone, the penalty will be applied during the 2020-21 season instead.

https://www.efl.com/news/2020/july/efl-statement-wigan-athletic/“ If in the event the Club is relegated by virtue of their final position following the conclusion of the Championship season, then the deduction will apply in League One in 2020/21. However, if the Club is not in the relegation places following the final game of season, the sanction will be then be applied to their season 2019/20 total and final league standings amended as appropriate. ”2 -

That doesn't seem fair - if the 12 point deduction is applied this season and they stay up then where's the punishment?
3 -
Beat Birmingham tomorrow and we are safe. Lose that one and I can see no more points this season - likely relegation with Barnsley and Hull. Two draws might be enough to drag down Hudds or Wigan and maybe even Sheff Weds. It is still in our hands. Amazing really.2
-
They might be jammy, but when you consider who else will be in the playoffs, Forest and probably Fulham and West Brom/Brentford, it would be extraordinary for them to win themoohaahmortimer said:if we weren't so shit i'd be doing my pieces with how close the scum are to promotion0 -

It's not a 'however many points it needs to relegate a team' deduction.8
