I think our club - along with others such as Brighton and Stoke - has a huge "message board" presence because of relative success at the advent of the Internet, and growing on forums like CL just before social media emerged. (Also, CL has become a really excellent forum given the provenance of posters, despite the general footballing conversation moving more to FB/Twitter.)
Couple this with the fact it's now 2020 and people who were internet-literate back in the day probably were around 30, I now just assume you're all basically ancient.0 -

I think the average age of posters is probably North of 50. Partly because that seems to be the average age of people at the valley and partly because anyone under 30 are probably spending all their time on Insta/ snapchat/ facebook/ twitter rather than hanging out on here0

Actually - if you go to the ‘photos from Wembley’ thread back in last May you can have a pretty good stab at the ages of loads of Lifers (but not me as I didn’t put a photo on there !!)0
