    CAST should not meet Southall. I think we should distance ourselves as supporters from MS. There doesn’t seem to be much doubt he has been up to something.

    I think as majority shareholder you can force the guy to resign, don't think it's a case of a payoff as such, but there does need to be a process followed to get it done.

    Southall would appear to be toast. Good. Nimer’s lawyer absolutely clear on Nimer’s funding capacity and intentions for the club.  Reassuring but let’s just wait and see before acclaiming a hero.

    I suppose that team Nimmer would hope that the threat would lead to him resigning.....but you can’t sit back and make that assumption......Nimmers lawyers must start the process at the very least.
    Last Jim White heard was that Southall has no intention of doing so......but this is moving along at a pace and that stance could change at a moments notice.

    Probably contacted by Southall as part of the takeover, but lawyers will work for those who pay the bills, and Nimer is paying the bills
