Always seemed to do better for us in a defensive role.1

Fosu was also there to be fair.Croydon said:Be a very good player for Northampton. At the very least you know he'll work his bollocks off.
The fact that he was at Wembley to support the team having been completely uninvolved for months shows his character, compare that to someone like Fosu who sulked for half the campaign.1 -
Bowyer sometimes let slip how frustrated he was with Marshall's crossing.
Always praised his work ethic and character, though.

He’s one of those players you really want to do well for you, but with us he just wasn’t quite good enough.2

A quick trip to Wiki and you will see Mark Marshall was a main target for then manager Karl Robinson along with that other world beater who set the Valley alight Billy Clarke.
Two from the book of forgot all about him Charlton ex players.0 -
Billy Clarke did pretty well for us but suffered a serious injury which at his age meant he would never be the same player after it took him more than a year to get back playing. I remember at the start of that KR season he was good for us and the whole team suffered when he was shoved out wide to accommodate Ben Reeves who had joined late with no pre season after choosing to dick us around all summer hoping for a better offer and then never reached the levels expected.MintoHumbugs said:A quick trip to Wiki and you will see Mark Marshall was a main target for then manager Karl Robinson along with that other world beater who set the Valley alight Billy Clarke.
