Fitbit at the football

Wore my fitbit vs Stoke and peaked with a heart rate of 133bpm at the final whistle. My normal resting is 60bpm. Anyone else worn there and recorded a pretty hefty increase?

There was a recent report on heart rate etc and the risk of having a heart attack at a football game by a student who followed Leeds supporters and it reported that the risk was insignificant as the heart rate did not increase as much as supporters thought. You maybe unique.

Mind you, if they had completed the study at Millwall they would have concluded that half the fans were dead from boredom. Same for Palace.

There’s a girl at work and her boyfriend went to the rusty toolbox last week, he told her there was a spanner in front of him watching porn on his phone during the game, probably tightening his nuts.

At Wembley, my galaxy gear s3 activity tracker recorded me doing exercise for more than 80 minutes due to increased heart rate

    I guess I care more ;)

Nah tbh of I go and tell her it was a result of seeing my team play like legends and smashing stoke then she'll probably laugh me out of her office and accuse me of wasting her time.
