    I don't think you missed too much.

    What was supposed to be a chat about Charlton seemed to be mostly about Danny Mills and Leeds.

    There was a mention of Lord Bowyer and the job he'd done under the circumstances, a little bit about the '98 Play-Off Final, but every time a new line of enquiry was opened Mills somehow managed to bring the conversation back to himself.

    Met his dad in a pub in Norwich and he told me the same - totally did it to get Christmas off

    I think that’s what NLA was saying - no one was fooled. 

    Gary Lineker said he didn’t believe any player would do that when Danny Baker asked him on their show. Which makes me question a lot of Gary’s other insights.
