Heard a new track of theirs on the wireless last night, didn’t do much for me and I was a big fan in the 90s. Cracking live band back then.McBobbin said:Fun loving criminals - come find yourself.

Composed by Japan's Richard Barbieri, this was the B side to the single Gentlemen Take Polaroids (October 1980).

I caught a documentary about UB40 last night, I'd forgotten how good some of their early stuff was. Food for Thought, Don't Slow Down, Don't let it pass you by, King...… Some wonderfull tracks, and I'll be on amazon for the greatest hits at the end of the month. Sadly the second half of their greatest hits album I remember as being very average. Many Rivers to Cross is rubbish.
What amazed me was the state they are in now. Basically there are two UB40's, who hate each other with real passion. Their money evaporated, and sadly, they are face to face in courtroom battles and hatred. The documentary is calle d Promises and Lies and it's probably on YouTube if anyone is interested.
