Can't really blame the Chiefs defense for not stopping Brady in overtime. It's not like he hasn't gone on game winning drives against better defenses before.
One of the issues I think the Chiefs need to address is balance between offense and attack with how it impacts on time on the field. Opposing teams have one main tactic against us, run the ball on offense and keep Mahomes off the field. We play into that with our own explosive offense. Even when we score we don't run the clock. Basically we don't give our defense enough time to rest up.
By the time this game went to OT our defense was running on fumes.2 -
